Wait time was  fast and the staff was very friendly

My go to urgent care on Maui. Competent and expedient service, great staff

The only difficulty I had was with the website. The scheduling software was unnecessarily tedious. In the end, I called the office and got an appointment. They already had all my insurance information from previous visits. The website didn’t need to make me jump thru all those damn hoops. This office has great staff- I wish my GP was half as good.

Went to Minit Medical in Kahului for a skin issue and seen Dr. David Dean. My visit with him took about or less than 5 minutes…. he told me to go see a dermatologist if it persists… I said I tried to get an appointment with a dermatologist but they were booked out until November… I also wanted him to look at my ankle as it was painful to put pressure on it. I mentioned it while making my appointment and when the nurse did my work up and took my vitals.  My ankle was visibly swollen. I said… this is totally unrelated but can you check my ankle, he turned around and told me… yes that is unrelated and you will have to come back because we have a whole room of people waiting… WOW! 🤯 Just WOW! Terrible bedside manner. Hopefully he was just having a bad day. Left that facility feeling totally dismissed! I guess the place lives up to its name.. minute medical! LOL!

The wait time was a little long but I get why.  Nile was great with my 12 old son. He was scared to get the stitches out but Nile made him feel really safe and encouraged him in a positive way to be strong.

Was seen in a reasonable amount of time. The physician assistant was very nice and informative. Overall the visit went smoothly and I was pleased with the service that I received

I wish I could give more stars!!!  My daughter needed a sports physical and they were able to get her in that afternoon.  The doctors and nurses were absolutely amazing, filled out all her paperwork and got us in and out super quickly while somehow being more thorough than most other doctors. 10/10 highly recommend

Got to schedule an appointment to adress my injury that was best for me. I don't use technology often, so as a newbie it was perfectly easy to navigate. The staff were all experts and provided me and my father in law the best care. I will have a long healing journey made much easier and shorter because of the expert care I received here. My father in law found Doctors he trusts for the first time in over 80 years. They worked well with my doctors to make sure my recovery is as easy as possible. I take the people I love the most here. I trust and respect the entire staff here. I cannot recommend Minute Medical Urgent care enough. If you can, just skip the er and go here instead. They treat you better and the proof is in one visit they changes my 84 year old father in laws opinion of doctors and medical treatments. I cannot thank everyone here enough. What they did for me today will help me for the rest of my life. So they will take the very best care of you too. Mahalo to the staff!

Our visit was great as always. Scheduling is easy and fast, staff is courteous and efficient, office is clean, and labs/xray services are readily available. I always recommend this clinic when you can’t get in to see your own physician.
