I have Kaiser and was sent here through Kaiser made my appointment, sign paperwork online and wait time close to nothing. The staff was amazing from check-in to check out and the Doctor was ready my appointment went smooth in and out in a half hour if I can give a 50 I would give a 50 out of 10

I just finished physical therapy and was able to wrap up my workers’ comp case—what a relief! Everyone at the Kahului office, including the physical therapy team, was absolutely wonderful. Misty, the PT receptionist, was so friendly and helpful. Lance and Zen were knowledgeable, caring, and great at explaining everything. My PA, Ali, was very kind, and the whole office staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Mahalo, to all, for making my first work injury (and hopefully my last) a great experience.

Came in with a high fever and chest pain infection. I was told it was influenza. I was given a prescription of tamiflu and was sent on my way. Nothing to help with the current pain I was feeling. Nothing to bring any kind of relief. I have had meningitis twice in my life and I think with what I’m experiencing is right up there with that. This is as sick as I have been for a long time. It has been actually scary especially being over 5000 miles from home knowing being home I would have better care. Still feel really bad going on day six. Really disappointed in the care. You guys could’ve done better. Writing this from my bed. It hurts just to stand up. You need to be better sending someone out the door with a prescription that may or may not help as I was told.

The dr and nurse were great, appreciate the care. The wait time was bad but I was a walk in and in pain.

Quick scheduling and check in no long waiting very kind professional and fun staff docs were more than helpful highly recommended to everyone.

I visited this clinic for a workers comp incident. I was sent paperwork online the night before so that I could complete it ahead of time. I arrived  a few minutes before the appointed time, completed a waiver notice,  and was called in on time. Staff were wonderful, and professional from check-in to check-out. No waiting. I will return if I need urgent care in the future. Service was excellent!

scheduling my appointment was quick and easy. wait time was expected to be long as we got a text before we arrived to expect a long wait time after checking in but once i got there and checked in in less than 5 minutes i got called back.
