From the moment I walked in the door, place was clean staff greeted and got me on my way , I was a walk in. Check in n visit n check out easy n a pleasant surprise. I was treated immediately brought to a room n only a few minutes later results n I was given guidelines n on my way . Wonderful Staff will come back if I need urgent care. 12 Star Staff n treatment. Great staff. Everyone is friendly and professional. I came in for a work related meeting injury, arranged pt, gave me numbing patches for my back ( I asked for a pain med alternative.) and scheduled a follow up, all very easy.  I would recommend this provider.

Front desk was ok.  Not overly helpful when I wasn’t able to complete check-in on Solv.  I tried at home and twice in office. Had to fill out papers.  She wasn’t rude, but not super friendly.  Intake nurse was super condescending and rude when I answered why we were there.  The nurse practitioner, David, I think, was 5 stars all around! Quick, efficient, kind, nice bedside manner, and reassuring.
