The visit was great however, the follow up call today to schedule physical therapy and massage what is one of the worst experiences you've ever had with a doctors office. I travel for work and was hesitant to book to massage and cheapest therapy appointments during the 9 to 5 workday on a repeating schedule as I never know agenda and it is a $75 cancellation fee. Staff member told me if I was really in pain I would make this a priority implying I was either not actually hurt or my job requirements to travel do not matter. I said this was a hostile conversation and I asked to speak with someone else and was not offered another manager. I am very unhappy with this call and did not get to sign up for my recommended programs
