Went to urgent care to see if i should restart antibiotics after coming down with sinus infection. Was told they had no capability to do quick turnaround blood test or to do sputum culture.  Was advised to ho to ER. They fid say to go to Mid-Hudson  Regional Hospital as probably less wait time than Vassar.  They were right about that, but otherwise a waste of time.

Suspected that I had a broken toe so on a Saturday had to find an urgent care center. Since there was no wait, I selected Optum. The check-in process was slow (the person at the front desk acted like I was "bothering her" to check-in. The rooming person, the physician assistant, and the diagnostic tech were all excellent. A longer than expected wait to get the results from the reading radiologist (who was offsite). I would probably not go back since I have a better urgent care center that has been service nearby.
