It was fine for me, but my 6'6" son nearly passed out. He has gotten woozy from shots, but never this severely. The nurses said I should have told them that he needed to have the shot lying down. I had no idea that this was even an option. Why is this not in the prescreening questions???? It should be in the presecreening questions and then flagged to the person who is administering the shot so that THEY would suggest lying down. Thank you

It was quick and easy. My daughter was a little freaked out, but the nurse put her at ease and got her to relax long enough for the shot — which was gently administered. The other staff were friendly and conscientious as well.

Greeter and registration personnel were cold. The nurse was all business and non talkative. The observation team were busy with their cell phones and laptops. They were not interacting with patients. So far no reactions to the Pfizer shot.
