Everything was smooth and quick and the staff was friendly

Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However the doctor seemed like he was distracted or in a rush. He didnt ask many questions at all or provide specifics on what he prescribed me. He also made assumptions about my diet (told me to cut back on protein despite the fact that I eat very little to begin with) Overall he was pleasant. Just seemed like he was ready to leave

Every thing was good. Great performance. Place is clean.

I got the answer I wanted (injury painful but not serious) but I’m pretty sure that means my insurance is going to deny paying for this so I guess I’ll find out in a few weeks how much this cost

Scheduling was easy and Everyone was courteous and pleasant.

Every visit is always easy - going. Friendly staff, cleanliness and a brief wait time when it isnt peak hours.

I came to urgent care to get a TB test for my job the medical assistant who did my blood work. She had an attitude like she didn’t wanna be there. She snatched the thermometer out my hand when I took it out my mouth when she proceeded to do my blood work she  kept the tourniquet on while the blood was flowing, she kept digging the needle in the vein inside my arm. It started to burn .I told her she did not let up her. She kept putting pressure on the needle. I’m also a phlebotomist and I will not treat people how she treated me. She was very unprofessional. She did not want to be there. It sounded like she was sick. 61. She didn’t even wipe my arm right with the alcohol pad so that’s just to show you what type of attitude she had working with people and she need another training class to show her how to draw a blood properly.

The appointment went as expected and I was able to get an x-ray when other locations didn’t offer it. However receiving my x-ray results via email has been extremely difficult as the portal and passwords they provide do not work. Calling the front desk for help I’ve been ignoand met with annoyance just for asking for assistance in resetting the password. I’ve called 3x and they’ve been non-helpful and almost dismissive.
