Speak with the person at the front desk, check in with the kiosk, then check in with a link that you have to fill out the paperwork with… Just too many steps just to see a quick doctor/nurse. And then when you do finally see them, It’s like they’re reading a script. The visit was literally five minutes long. When the doctor saw me it went by so quickly as if she didn’t really want to be there.

The wait time the mannerisms of the staff as well as the doctor was  excellent.The doctor listened & carefully explained the medicine she prescribed.  I would definitely recommend patients to come to this location for care.

I didnt not schedule my appt. I walked in after experiencing a very dizzy episode around 1 pm. Walked to the nearest location. Registered and dod not have very long to wait. Staff was friendly and very professional. Diagnosis was made and I was sent home with a visit summary, referral and prescription sent in.

Had a cough for two weeks so walked into Modern MD no scheduling. Check in easily, was called fairly quickly, staff was courteous and friendly, was seen and left to pick up prescriptions that was just what I needed, now feeling better, Doc was right on point.

Scheduling a appointment was easy, Check-in was easy I arrived early and I was called in to see the doctor in least 10 minutes. The entire staff was very professional. Dr Bailey was through and explained all medication to me so I was clear on what he was prescribing them for and how to take them.
