Everything was perfect! Scheduling was quick and the visit was quick and very welcomed by everyone!

The check in was fast and easy. The clinic has friendly staff. The bathroom was maintained and cleaned. The waiting time was fast. The doctor was great, a good listener to my needs, and provided good options for treatment.

I specifically called before I went to inquire if they could do an exam and if I needed a sonogram on my leg, would they be able to give me a referral girl said yes, so I walked up there which was not easy cause I had really extreme pain in my leg and when I got there, the doctor came and looked at it and said oh no we don’t get referrals for sonograms only x-rays when I specifically called ahead of time Otherwise I wouldn’t have gone there and wasted my time. I just wanna let you know I am not paying for that visit and I don’t care you need to train your people better and give the correct information so people don’t waste their time.

Staff were friendly, checkin was very simple, hardly any wait time, nurse was kind and efficient. Doctor Shamara Alterno, was very professional and had a very warm bedside manner. All in all, felt I was treated very well and would highly recommend.

I never got to see a Dr because no one was at the reception for over 10-15 mins.  I even rang the bell outside and still no one came to the reception area.  After waiting, and wasting time signing in and filling the form online I did not get to see anyone so I went to Doc Care nearby.
