Overall was satisfied with tModern urgent clinic. Easy registration, front desk polite, friendly and cleared directions   Waiting time was fine , forty minutes . Dr. Was  very quick giving the diagnosis. Lastly, I had to request some medication form-some chronic condition.  Overall , I feel visiting this clinic for the 1st time was fine with the exception of limited time of the Dr. to offer the patient “ “have any question”?

I prefer this urgent care over a competitor nearby. Staff is friendly and the office is clean. Xray tech is nice. Experience really depends on who the provider is on the day you go. We got what we needed but the PA we saw was in a rush when it wasn’t that busy. Didn’t introduce himself when he first came in,  didn’t ask if we had any questions. Just reported findings and was leaving the room.

It was easy to get in and out. The nurse was kind, careful, and attentive. The doctor seemed extremely rushed and didn’t even introduce himself. I’m worried I didn’t get a proper diagnosis. Hopefully it clears up on its own.

Location was almost closing but they took me in, no rush, they were great from the lady at the counter to the doctor in the end. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding staff! Immaculate office. All staff and medical professionals were attentive and respectful ! Gave in office medical tests with immediate results. Other test sent out. Results 3 days later. Very courteous staff and very little wait time- a few minutes!! I would recommend this medical provider.
