I went to their medical office to see the Doctor for my worker compensation related injuries, I knew the Doctor from other office location however other office closed permanently short time ago and I went this location to see him for same reason, office personal told me I can see him for worker compensation but I have to pay cash $100.00 I said I have worker compensation insurance and medicare, why they don't charge one of the insurances I have but they told me only to see him for worker compensation to pay cash $100.00 and I said okay but I was expecting to get some document after the visit however office personal told me he can't give any document to use as a visit for worker compensation. I am very disappointed they mislead and lied to me about the visit and I had other insurance to pay for visit if they want to charge fee to insurance but they obviously lied to me. I was fraudulently charged $100.00 Please be very cautious about this place. They are trying to rip off the patients.
