Check-in time took way too long. I sent an appointment for 430. I almost didn’t get seen till almost 453 after you guys asked me to check in at 4:26 so I waited over 20 minutes for someone to run paperwork for five minutes and then I had to wait another 2-5 minutes for the provider and then the medical assistant that  gave us so much attitude don’t ask people to be on time when you’re not on time. I lost that all work hours today for you guys asked me to be on time today for an appointment for 430.

Staff was great, kind and friendly, once i got into the appointment i was done with in 15 min, the waiting to get in took a bit long but all went great will use a again

Scheduling was a breeze. Checked in with Alayna, she was amazing and my provider Karla made sure I was all good by the end of my visit. Got what I needed on the weekend here since my PCP and OB was closed. Thank you all so much.

The provider was great, but the virtual appointment system failed. They kept saying I was not in the virtual waiting room, but I was. I finally got a hold of somebody that found me in the virtual waiting room. It took an hour and a half to finally connect to someone. By this time, my pharmacy had closed and I can’t get the antibiotic I need today.

I called almost 12 hours ago seeking an emergency refill of my prescribed pain medication. Despite explaining that it is a controlled substance, I was instructed to schedule a virtual appointment. After waiting for that appointment, the virtual provider informed me that she couldn’t prescribe the medication and that I needed to be seen in person. She assured me she would arrange an in-person appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait again. It’s now been another 7 hours, and I’m still sitting in the waitlist queue with no appointment or resolution. Meanwhile, I’m in pain and without the medication I need. I’m extremely frustrated because this entire situation could have been avoided had I been given accurate information when I first called. I could have scheduled an in-person appointment this morning instead of spending nearly 12 hours being redirected and waiting. I understand there are restrictions surrounding controlled medications, but I expect staff to be familiar with those restrictions before directing patients to appointments that cannot address their needs. At this point, I would appreciate someone helping me secure an in-person appointment as soon as possible rather than leaving me waiting indefinitely.
