Made a mistake with the prescription. I needed a medication for an eye problem and a prescription for an ear problem was sent in. That’s not the worst of it! Both phone numbers that were available to me to call in case of a problem went absolutely nowhere. I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas with a problem that could not be resolved because of a faulty phone number system.

The Dr said they were sending two prescriptions to the pharmacy...1 was a cough medication the second was supposed to be an antibiotic....the pharmacy is saying the Dr only sent the caught medication....this is not good service. I needed that medication to get well and now have to figure something else out
