Arrived to urgent care with flu symptoms about an hour before they closed. The girl at the front desk was so kind and helpful making me an online appointment quickly and then having me come back to test. The online provide was great and I was seen and tested within an hour. Very happy with my experience and would highly recommend

I’ve had a persistent cough. I spoke with the doctor. She said she was going to get me some cough medicine and an antibiotic. When I called my pharmacy she had sent something that is super high dose, not covered by my insurance and incredibly expensive. It then took me over six hours to get a hold of anyone to get that changed and then they sent it to the wrong pharmacy and they didn’t send all of the prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy so now I have to go to two different pharmacies to get my medication‘s all in all, it was not a pleasant experience.
