Unexpected and non emergency issue came up and virtual meeting was a great option. Lots of availability…Drs and staff very friendly . Lots of paperwork to do ahead of time so make sure to complete before your scheduled time

Scheduling is super easy, as well as check in. The physicians assistant was so kind, informative and helpful and i feel like i was well taken care of

I had a horrible back ache and tried to schedule at other urgent cares in the area and was not able to get in. I was lucky to get an online visit at Indigo. My appt was quick and easy. A plus was not having to leave home!!

The provider and the MA were outstanding. The wait time was long, but that is understandable since it is flu season.

The NP was Friendly, understanding and the video quality worked.  She was helpful.

Made a mistake with the prescription. I needed a medication for an eye problem and a prescription for an ear problem was sent in. That’s not the worst of it! Both phone numbers that were available to me to call in case of a problem went absolutely nowhere. I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas with a problem that could not be resolved because of a faulty phone number system.
