Thank the LORD I needed relief from a dental infection.

Scheduling was so easy! Getting my "paperwork" inputted a little bit of a nightmare...the app asked me for my insurance and payment info multiple times even though it was already inputted. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Once we got started with my appt, it was a breeze and now a preferred way to address my urgent medical needs!

This was an excellent way to confirm a diagnosis and plan for recovery. Extremely professional, personal, and effective.

Used another provider nearby and waited in the waiting room for an hour & half only to be told I’d be fine in a few days. Fast forward 2 weeks with no change in symptoms. Able to make an appointment online in less than 5 minutes. Waited a few minutes in the comfort of my own home. Friendly and helpful admin and nurse.  Would definitely use again, as well as recommend.

I had been sick gong in 10 days, and it was the weekend before a national holiday. Any possibility of an appointment with my PCP was at least 3 days away, if not 3 weeks. I was worried going to Indigo would mean hours waiting in the lobby. Instead, I got an tele-appointment in two hours and had the meds I needed by the end of the afternoon. I will call Indigo first, from now on!

The entire process of scheduling, submitting paperwork, joining the appointment, and check in was smooth. The nurse practitioner asked questions about my condition and was very thorough. I felt she took great care of my needs and concerns. This was my first video appointment and I would recommend Fiona.

I felt like I was stupid for asking for a sample of formula... hated that.

Online paperwork took forver. Constantly denied what I advocated for. Violated the number 1 rule of diagnostics: think horses not zebras. Instead of two easy tests to rule out an inner ear infection or COVID I was hassled into a horrible ER visit. Gave myself a home COVID test. Guess what? COVID. Will NEVER go back.

Very easy to schedule a zoom with Dr.  Apt was  on time and RN and Dr both friendly and genuine.
