I've had to use their virtual appointments several times in the past and have always liked how quick and efficient the process is. I threw my back out and couldn't drive myself in and they make it simple to schedule the virtual visit. I waited maybe 5 minutes if that in total past my scheduled time. The staff is always courteous and helpful, top notch care as usual 👌

It was super convenient not to have to leave work to be seen. Check in was good. The staff and ARNP were very nice. I felt listened to and glad they were willing to treat me over the phone. Quick to get meds ordered and I was able to go in for a quick lab with no wait time. Definitely recommend!

The scheduling was easy, the check in was seamless and the receptionist was transparent about how my insurance covers the cost of the virtual visit, which I appreciated. The doctor was nice, listened to me and I didn’t feel rushed. She prescribed medication quickly and was helpful.

I booked an appt and had testing done. I was told someone would call me to update me and no one did, I kept checking my chart and it was never updated. I had to call to get my results to which I was told everything came back negative. So I just have a super inflamed throat with spots on the roof of my mouth and I’m struggling to breath but I’m fine??  I really just wanted answers, I can barely swallow. I’m popping ibuprofen like they are candy for just some relief!

Great service if you can’t get out your house t virtual appointments are very convenient not waiting time, very friendly staff.
