Scheduling was easy, waiting over 15 minutes in the lobby was difficult. If I had known I would’ve scheduled for the earlier slot.

Arica was the most kind MA I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She made me feel seen, understood, and valued. Even my son who was with me was very impressed with her bedside manner. As for my doctor this was the second time I have had been seen by him. He made me feel understood and helped me feel comfortable and confident in our treatment plan. I am very grateful for the treatment o have had.

I was a walk in and was able to be seen virtually and then if needed obtain an xray afterwards. Since everything went pretty smoothly I expected it to be that way all the way through, however I’m 8 hours post xray and still haven’t received my results. Talked to staff 3 separate times, can’t get an ETA, can’t get an update, only thing I could get was “Radiology tech hasn’t signed off the xray.” Wasn’t told they’d escalate it, just the typical response of “I’ll send your provider a message”. Beyond frustrated.

Wow, what a refreshingly amazing experience! My stepdaughter was really ill this morning and I was able to set up a call immediately. The person who checked me jn was so kind and helpful and I felt really taken care of on an otherwise difficult morning.
