This video visit was very easy to schedule. Not very much waiting time to talk to somebody. I did have to wait a while for the provider. That was the only bad thing. She was very responsive and helpful.

Super easy, stress free process! This is my go to urgent care. Very little wait time and I love the tele-health option when I am unable to be seen in person. Staff is always very helpful and kind. Scheduling is literally the click of a button. Thanks for everything!

I get it we are busy but please don't be so dismissive. I work for Indigo decided to have a virtual... just felt like they dismissed me. And we're late no response before hand just got on made me feel stupid then it was over

Everything was efficient and great care. The doctor was knowledgeable and gave me some good tips.

Woke up with my head cold moving into my chest, both the nurse and doctor was understanding and took good care of me. I was able to get the medication I needed and I am feeling better.

Went well everything was taken care of and all questions were answered. Definitely beats driving into the doctor.

The entire procedure was fine and efficient. Only issue I had was figuring out how to get started from the website, but did finally figure it out. The staff were very nice.
