When you are sick and need help this was so amazing to not have to leave the house and be taken care of so quickly and easily.

The provider skipped a whole bunch of information before telling me she was putting in an order for me to go into an office. She didnt tell me what she thought was happening, that she was ordering testing, that I had the option to forego testing, etc. I had to ask a bunch of questions to get that information from her.

I am so grateful to have telehealth visits available, it saves gas & waiting time for the issues that don't require a visit, or to make a future visit faster if labs are required...The staff on today's visit was friendly, knowledgeable, & very helpful...

Natalie was truly so kind and compassionate. I really appreciated how seriously she took my concerns and how comfortable she made me feel opening up about what I’ve been experiencing. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and made me feel heard throughout my visit. MultiCare Indigo has always been my go-to whenever I’m not feeling well. The staff are consistently welcoming, caring, and efficient, and I always appreciate how quickly I’m able to be seen without feeling rushed.
