Scheduling the appointment was very quick, and the person who helped me schedule it was the only one who was friendly and answered my questions well.

The care was fast and comprehensive. I felt all of my questions got answered and all support was highly appreciated.

Wait time was very long and took over 40 minutes before I was able to be seen by the provider however once I was able to start the virtual visit the provider was very kind and understanding and helpful!

I've used this location for virtual urgent care several times and they're always very prompt, attentive and helpful

Total waist of time. If you can’t diagnose an ear infection with out looking at the ear then do not accept the appointment.

I waited for 10 minutes after my appointment time to get checked in, then I was told I had to go in person. Very disappointing. On top of that the audio was terrible, I could hardly hear them.

I am not tech savvy but this was an easy process. Enjoyed the entire process from the scheduling , check in ( young lady was a professional angel). The care was awesome , made me feel so good about why I was there. I could not have found any better service anywhere else. This experience made my day . I had everything taken care of in such a short time. Wonderful service
