I scheduled an 8:15 a.m. appointment, arrived about 10 min early, was greeted at the door and taken to a room right away. The MA that checked me in was really nice, a doctor (that I didn’t see) in the hall said good morning, the NP I saw was really nice and thorough, and the staff member that checked me out was nice and escorted me out and held the door. Overall wonderful experience and will recommend!

I have a scrape on my shin that wasn’t healing & appeared to be infected & was becoming more tender.  I was able to schedule an appointment online & complete my paperwork.  I was taken back to exam room within minutes.  My provider examined my wound, explained course of treatment, added time for any questions.  Out the door within 30 minutes.  Very satisfied.

I walked in and was seen immediately (no waiting time) just a couple of questions and I was in a waiting room. Doctor explained in detail what she was going to do. Have had stomach issues and diarrhea for 3-4 days. The lady I saw was wonderful. I have been to indigo urgent care for sinus infections in the past! The lady I saw is awesome! The best in coeur d alene!! ( forgot her name) all the staff there is great!! Thank you!! I always recommend this facility!
