MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care, Covington

I didn’t have appointment midday and they squeeze me in. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and the doctor took her time to make sure that I got all of the treatments I needed. Highly recommend this office.

The staff were extremely friendly and I felt seen and heard by all members. I don’t have any complaints and would use this facility again as well as recommend it to neighbors and friends in the area. I appreciate this facility being in my area.

I have typically gone to Valley Medical for the last several years, but the 6+ hour wait at their Maple Valley urgent care and the receptionist’s attitude made me try Indigo in Maple Valley.   That wait time was 5 hours, but the wonderful receptionist there got me an appointment in Covington just 2 hours later. I went to the Covington Indigo and not only was I admitted at the correct time, but everyone was wonderful to deal with.

Had a accident in my house ,peeling the skin back down the front of my lower leg. The staff were very good and attentive helping with the pain and cleaning the wound. The doctor spent a long time repairing the very uneven wound with steri strips.She did a wonderful job and I thank her for it

Brought our 1 year old son in today, for a lingering cough/cold/ear ache. Heath Christianson the ARNP, is worth his weight in gold. He gave us a plethora of information and advice to try with our son. He had excellent bedside manners, especially when working with a 1 year old. Would highly recommend him and the team at Indigo

Waiting 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment seems unreasonable. Particularly when you’re sick.

This visit was easy and quick! I messaged my PCP requesting paxlovid and got this 250+ word about Home Remedies I should try. The script did not - all all - answer my question about what I needed to do to get paxlovid. I called. My PCP's office was really nice, explained they need a test done to see if I needed paxlovid, and suggested Urgent Care. Got my visit scheduled with one phone call, got checked in right away, saw a PA immediately and a doctor soon after. He reviewed my medical records and sent orders to my pharmacy covering everything. No months-long wait. Just . . care. Please know how much I appreciate you all. I recommend your clinic completely. This place will get you sorted.

They got me in on time. And the Doctor was great to deal with.

Had an ingrown toenail and they took care of it. They were very gentle, friendly and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with them taking care of me and my toe.

I don't recall the name of the first person that we interacted with in the exam room, but she was quite rude to my son who was in the most pain I've ever seen him in. The vitals check were having a hard time getting an accurate reading because he was crying and she kept demanding at a volume just below yelling "STOP CRYING! STOP CRYING! SEE YOU MESSED UP THE RESULTS BECAUSE YOU WON'T STOP CRYING! IF YOU DON'T STOP WERE GOING TO GIVE YOU A SHOT! YOU GOT THAT?! NOW STOP CRYING AND MAKE YOUR BP READING GO DOWN. SEE YOU MESSED UP THE RESULTS AGAIN! STOP CRYING! STOP CRYING!! IF THIS NUMBER DOESN'T GO DOWN WE'RE GOING TO HAVE A BIG PROBLEM. SEE YOU MESSED IT UP AGAIN. STOP CRYING! STOP CRYING! OK I'M GOING I GO GET THE SHOT TO MAKE YOU STOP! The rest of the staff from check in to the doctor were great. Whoever our first nurse was, she is the reason I will not be coming back to that facility unless I have no other choice.
