MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care, Hayden

I’ve been there before when I thought I had Glass in my finger and they did x-rays right there very quickly.This time I had hot water burns on my face and going in this time was so quick… Because they had my card on file I was taken back  immediately  and hadCream for the burns on my face quickly and sent home… They sent me home with enough cream for the night so I don’t have to pick up my prescription until tomorrow! Very clean very friendly and very understanding!

I took my elderly Dad to get evaluated. We scheduled online which was very easy, they got him back right away, listened to my concerns and did the things I requested. Justin NP was great as well as the Stacia the MA who was very kind and personable. This is a quality Urgent Care in my opinion.

I have had a sinus infection for the past three weeks so I went in to get a prescription for an antibiotic. I was given amoxicillin and it has made me so sick. My first dose I took last night and the second dose I took this morning. When I woke up this morning, I felt like I had massive acid reflux, and I kept burping and was gassy. The diarrhea started as soon as I got to work and by noon, I was throwing up in the bathroom. I’ve had stomach cramps all day. I experienced this the last time I had this antibiotic and I totally forgot about it. You can look back at my records. I called your office and I asked for a different antibiotic, like a Z-Pak. I have yet to hear from anybody and it has been about four hours. So it’s either the anabiotic or I caught a very nasty flu from your office. I guess that’s the risk we take when we go to the doctor.

Was being seen for abdominal pain and fever, was seen at urgent care and sent to Kootenai ER for evaluation

The ladies at Indigo are awesome. They put up with my stupid jokes and gave me a warm blanket when I was cold. It’s rare to find a staff that all have a pleasant demeanor and welcoming spirit while also being highly competent and comforting through their experience and knowledge. Thanks for patching me up, I hope I don’t have to see you again, but if I do I know I’m in great hands. 💚

Quick and easy. Went in for covid/flu test, ended up being a common cold. Was given a nice handout with notes from the visit and what OTC medicines would help for different symptoms.

Super friendly and clean office. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. I’d recommend indigo UrgentCare!

Great experience overall. Came in for my toddler and everyone was so kind, patient and gentle with my nervous little guy. Thank you indigo staff!

Front desk staff and MA were kind as always and the clinic was clean. My only grievance is that this is the first indigo I have been to where the provider was disengaged. I waited an hour which is no big deal for what felt like 2 mins with a nurse practitioner to not really examine and throw amoxicillin at me and send me on my way. It is mind boggling that this is the care this specific indigo provided and that my insurance will be billed for that level of care. I will just drive further in the future to the CDA one near by.
