It was very easy to schedule and the staff was great.  Appointment was on time

Atrocious visit with severe pain inflicted  for just a simple ear cerumen evaluation. Diagnosis, “skin in ear canal” was incorrect.     Device used to reach “skin” was too large and 3 torturous attempts were inclined to fail.        Bruce Stevenson, MD          44 years of ED practice.  Now retired.            Provider needs attention.  While             I grimaced with pain she told                me to not hold my breath and                  breathe thru my mouth!                    She clearly does not understand                       provider production of                         intolerable pain.       I will be notifying her Medical Director           and would appreciate if you             could send this to that individual.                   Thank you.

I have been dealing with severe neck and head pain off and for nearly 2 weeks, finally made an appt on line with Indigo urgent care Kirkland..I had an appt with in hour. Walked in and staff were great and friendly! The ARNP MS Atienza was awesome, a great listener, explained what was going on and the exercises on line were something positive, she gave me a RX med for for the muscles, asked extensive q's and sorted it all in 30 minutes, and was spot on and 24 hrs later and having great sleep, I appreciate their Urgent Care, as very easy to get the care I needed 👍

Had been fighting head and chest congestion for a week. Decided to go to MultiCare indigo in Kirkland. Was able to book appointment on line that morning, wait time at office was minimal, staff was attentive, professional, and capable. PA that examined me was thorough. I left with a reasonable diagnosis and prescriptions to help me heal faster. I was very pleased!

Appointment was running late but once we got in everything went well. The woman who checked us in, the people that handled triage, and the physician were all wonderful. They were attentive and caring.

I needed medical care for my foot due to a fluke accident with a door. The Kirkland team were my quick reactionary team who not only patched me back up, they listened to my concerns and made me feel like I mattered. Aces all around!!!

Got me in and out quickly. Just a minor scrape that I was worried was getting infected, but the people your washed the cut took off the van put on a better bandage and give me a prescription for an antibiotic cream to put on it. Did a great job all the way around, thank you!

Made an appointment easily online an hour before i wanted to be there. Maybe 2 minute wait after arriving. Everyone there was very kind, professional, and thorough. I felt confident in the care provided and at ease.
