Kas was very friendly, welcoming & helpfull at the front desk when I arrived. Dr. Thomas Boulding was super informative, knowledgeable, caring & thorough. I was a walk-in client without a scheduled appointment yet I was checked-in, consulted, diagnosed and treated in just a few minutes total for everything! Kudos to everyone at indigo, thank you for taking care of me!

Scheduling was easy.  Check in was great.  All staff were amazing.  The care was excellent!  I cant say enough!  Excellent all the way around!  Thank you!!!

I should have been turned away at the door. I was billed and waited 45 minutes after my appointment time just to be told that I could not be evaluated by your facility. The physician wrote me a referral to an OBGYN, but that is ridiculous because any appointment with an OBGYN is considered preventative care so a referral doesn't make a difference. The doctor could have run blood work, but said I seem fine without asking me if I felt fine. The reason I know they could have run blood work is because I went to urgent care at the advice of a telehealth appointment with a doctor that same night who suggested I go to urgent care and get testing done. I understand that your facility doesn't have the ultrasound equipment, but that doesn't explain why I was treated like I wasn't even ill.

So grateful that they are easy to get into and their staff is knowledgeable.

Useless visit. Provide zero remedy. Care nothing for patients suffering. And treated nothing. Total scam!

This facility is immaculate. That’s just the start.  Had some seriously painful symptoms on my foot and decided to come here, I had previously visited an indigo in Bothell and they were also super awesome. This Kirkland location was just closer this go, so I hope in the car, check to see if I can make a same day appointment and was seen less than an hour after making my appt.  From checkin to being seen and getting xrays were less than 15 mins.  Highly recommend the care here, The NP Morgan was awesome and so were both of the MA and the RN that helped me. Wish I could remember their names, they were all wonderful and so was the front desk person doing check-ins. They all had wonderful Bed side manner and made me feel cared for.  Keep up the excellent work
