Went in the hand pain, trigger finger. Everyone was so nice and really cared about my pain. When I tried to straighten out my finger I almost passed out, they were right there to help and were very supportive and concerned about me.

Pulled a muscle in my back and went to nearest clinic. Staff advised of a 2 hour wait, but was able to call over to a different clinic with a shorter wait time and get me on the list. When I arrived at 2nd clinic after checking in and paying, I only had to wait less than 5 minutes to be seen. The nurse and Dr quickly completed the evaluation and got me on the way to a pharmacy. I had not used this clinic/company before as I was out of my normal area when I hurt my back. I would definitely recommend and use them again if away from home.

Indigo staff, and PA were all amazing. I’ve not felt well for some time and drove to both west side and Lacey Providence Immediate Care facilities to find them both closed with no reason or options. Indigo was able to get me in and I was seen in a timely manner. Everyone was helpful, kind, caring and listened to me with concern and provided remedies. I will be returning to Indigo if there is a need in the future. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I was a walk in do i cannot speak to the ease of scheduling. Waited maybe an hour or a little longer. Per the ratings, very good experience.

Got back to a room an hour after my appointment and then it took another 30 minutes for the provider to come in. Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Had an appt for 11:45.  Wasn’t seen by doctor until about 12:45.   I was on my lunch break - I ended up being late back to work.   I’ll use Indigo again because overall I like the service- but would have been nice to have been seen closer to my appt time

Everyone was great! I was a little disappointed that I didn’t leave with a definitive answer for my back pain. I was hoping for an x-ray.

Scheduling was super easy. Check in was smooth. Wait time was a little delayed but I think they were a little understaffed which I completely understand. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The provider was very kind and listened to every issue I had and walked me through everything. Great visit. I would highly recommend Barbara Alford to anyone!

Worked with Kat and Jennie and both were very nice. Didn’t have to wait for too long for a walk in which was a bit of a surprise to me. Overall a good experience

Everything was wonderful. From the check in staff, to the medical assistant, to the provider. Everyone was warm and welcoming and the visit was quick and easy.
