We were so impressed with the quality of their service that we decided to switch our primary care.

Had video appt but needed lab work too, a UA. The concierge was pleasant. I waited less than 5 minutes for paperwork, then shown to the bathroom. The room was orderly, clean. The toilet was not. Still, I would recommend.

My visit to Indigo was honestly the easiest, and best customer service-oriented, experience I’ve ever had at any kind of urgent/walk-in care facility. My wait times from to start to finish were minimal, all of the staff, ranging from the front desk to the provider (and everyone in between) were kind and responsive to my questions, the space was clean, and I walked out with the information I was seeking and clear next steps for care of my injury. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing to see a provider outside of their normal primary care!

I'm used to waiting over an hour and feeling incredibly uncomfortable around providers at Urgent Care. Even with some of their systems down, the folks at Lacey kicked butt, and even had great suggestions for me to help with the difficulties of losing insurance after a job loss. Everyone I saw today, from front desk staff to nurses and the provider himself, were absolutely great and very reassurring. I'll be returning to this location from now on for my Urgent Care needs.

Woke up still not feeling well after being sick for a few days and they so diligently tested for illness, I really like this clinic and staff, they are very kind and caring.

I do not remember the lady’s name at the front desk, but she was super friendly and helpful…really appreciated her.

I found my appointment the next day and there was plenty to choose from. Checking in was a breeze as it always is. Everyone who works here are great I always like going here. great service very knowledgeable staff and doctors. Dr. Barbie and the nurse were efficient and listened well. Wasn’t a follow up with Dr after initial exam, but I was given appropriate meds and sent on my way.

Staff was great. So glad they let me come in later in the evening. They called the next day with test results. I would recommend this Urgent Care to everyone.
