I was seen very quickly and the doctor was fantastic.

This visit was the best medical appointment I have ever had.  The staff were friendly, professional, and proficient.   The doctor (Jen) has the best manner, empathy, and professionalism of any doctor I have worked with.

My cheeks and the area under my eyes were getting worse.  I needed to see someone since it had been 2 weeks and it still hadn't gone away.  I tried to schedule.  Unfortunately, it's not like before, when I could schedule online.  So I walked in and checked in.  The staff was outstanding. They were friendly, helpful and Jen had a wonderful bedside manner and was very caring. I just wish you could book online to reduce wait times and get a higher rating.  I would definitely recommend this provider.

Scheduling my appointment online wasn’t difficult at all and really quick too. I am very pleased with the care received from Ms Jen Cha, PA-C, her professionalism, and friendliness are a testament to the Indigo Urgent Care. The attentiveness of the entire staff was exceptional. I whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone who has the need to be seen for a non emergency medical care. Thank you, Ms Cha and staff members - you are awesome!

This was only my second experience in an urgent care and boy, what a night and day difference. The wait time, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility were all top notch! Such a streamlined system they have going……I was impressed and quite happy with the care that I received!

Kat and Barbie were amazing. Also, the person who drew my blood was amzing. I usually have a hard time with blood draws but very quick and painless. Best urgent care around

From front desk staff, nurse and provider, We felt they were attentive to our sons needs and care. Explanations were clear and set up next steps and gave us the necessary paperwork and images to take to our primary care provider.

Appointment was easy to make.  Wait time was a little longer than expected with an appointment.

Was able to get an appointment online for within an hour. Excellent service and care from everyone starting at the reception desk all the way through to the various care providers and staff. I saw Kati and Maryam.  I never felt like I was being rushed through. They asked all the right questions and listened to my concerns and answers. The explained everything they were doing and why and provided input and answers about my situation in a clear way so I understood. Very professional. I am glad this is my local urgent care. I have great confidence in them. I would definitely recommend them.

Made an appointment time on line , check in was quick and easy.  All the staff are friendly and polite.  This is my choice of clinics to go to every time I need my health checked .  Thank you .
