Staff was very professional, very timely and explain everything to the forest and even suggested aftercare if needed very friendly office has staff and the doctor was amazing explaining my symptoms to me and what to do afterwards

After my long time provider retired, I took the first and closest place to me , Summit Pacific. It was a total wreak, 3 months + ans still no MRI scheduled. Phone call was always 40 minutes to hours on wait. Terrible staff more and paid complaint department ment to blow smoke up your skirt. I had a sticker cause a abcess, it was bad started late Friday. By the time I did the Summit nothing happens dance. I called indigo expecting to be blown off. 3 minutes later I had several appointment times. When I got there place was super clean, staff was really nice. They didnt push the cost options and intact did thier best to limit the appointments needed to deal with abcess. Being a retired firefighter paramedic, I dont care about fluff or we use AI BS. I want down to earth common sense educated providers and I got that. In today's workd, that is huge.

Felt very guilty coming in at 7:20pm, but staff was quick and friendly. Very fast and efficient. Answered all questions my child had so she stopped being worried. Took care of my child and we were out well before 8pm. Couldn’t have asked for better. Would totally recommend!

I arrived as there was only one representative. She was very professional and welcoming, however, the wait time to talk to me I thought was a bit long. Then I waited over two hours to be seen. My concern is the efficiency of the flow for service. Once I was seen, it was very smooth.

I like how you can schedule an apt ahead of time so you don’t have to wait there. I had a good experience. I just wish they had an ultrasound, I will have to go elsewhere in the future if the same issue arises. Also I hate how they ask you to sign a blank little box without showing you what you are signing. It’s always a process when I ask. They should have a laminated copy available quickly to show everyone.

I was a first time walk-in. I had to wait for a long time, but it was due to emergency situation. With that in mind, still got to your patients in a timely manner, and the receptionist Brice was very kind offering refreshments and snacks. The provider was also incredibly nice and easy to talk to. I feel like I was genuinely heard, and wasn't talked over. I was asked targeted questions to give the best answer. It felt like the provider was more about trying to get the PROBLEM right, and not just *being* right.
