I was able to make a same day appointment, was seen promptly and found out I had strep throat, so an antibiotic was called in right away. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to get me in and the efficiency, and care I received.

Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring toward my needs and requests — from the front desk staff to the medical assistant, the physician assistant, and the team that took my X-rays. Each person treated me with genuine care and respect. The entire team today was truly top-notch. Thank you all for taking such good care of me while I’m sick.

Episode of wheezing not responding well to meds on hand. All members of the staff were helpful with their part of the visit and professional in their approach. The clinic had a pleasant atmosphere and staff worked together well. People were abler to answer questions in stride.  I would recommend this clinic when you need care on a short lead time but it’s not an emergency

I was struggling with an intense cough for weeks and went to this clinic. They took good care of me and helped with my coughing issues. I’m very grateful for the staff here. It is a great clinic.

Very thorough exam! PA was excellent! hard diagnosis but he really gave it a lot of thought. I agree with his conclusions. I trust this clinic

It’s been a long time since I’ve been in urgent care, especially the facility here in Orting. Everyone was friendly, helpful and help me move along in my day of making me feel better. Great job to all take 20 out of petty cash and buy yourself ice cream.

Went in for collar bone pain, swelling and bruising. The doctor took not even 2 minutes looking at it, didn’t make me move it or anything and just told me I had an infection and went on with his day. Was only in the room with my for literally no more than 2 minutes..

From the time I walked into the office everyone was super helpful. The med staff was very professional and a great bedside manner. The receptionist was extremely helpful and told me the wait would be an hr. I waited and in the office and she was correct it was an hr before I could see the nurse.
