Woke up with a swollen area around neck and chin, walked in got a appointment the same day. The staff was caring,polite and made me feel safe. I had a great experience and appreciate the care I received.

I was dealing with an ingrown hair that was causing a lot of discomfort. I was waiting for to pass, but it was getting worse and worse, and I decided to give it a try. I just walked in and the staff was friendly. I was at the right place at the right time because they just had a cancellation of an appointment so they’re able to see me right away and take care of it. Very professional service all the way around.

Honestly, as a health care worker, I have never been more pleased with an experience! I loved the staff and everyone was so kind! It was appreciated that even though I know the procedure that everything was explained before starting which helped me and put my mind at ease! I have never felt more comfortable even though I was very nervous before hand, the staff made that anxiety melt away!

Had to wait an hour for a pre booked appointment and then more in the room. Would have waited at home if I had been aware. Otherwise everyone and everything was wonderful.

The provider and staff at this clinic are always amazing. You'd also be hard pressed to find a more thoughtful and thorough clinician at an urgent care. The clinician here does a better job than the many PCPs I've seen who are supposed to provide continual care and are in less of a rush! I really appreciate the thorough clinical notes. I feel like that's a critical part of ensuring patients receive the best care/treatments since urgent care falls outside of one's care team and its can be very costly to the patient if there isn't good continuity of information/results amongst all their providers. The wait times tend to be on the longer side, even with an appointment but I'd take that in return for the level of care provided here. We're very lucky to have a clinic like this in the area!

I have been having abdomen pain. Booked an appointment for that afternoon. Everyone there was so friendly and respectful.. they got me referrals I needed. I will always choose indigo for urgent care.

Scheduling was easy. Check in was friendly & welcoming. Staff at the Poulsbo location is amazing. Friendly, compassionate & professional. While none of us like being sick or injured, it's comforting to know Indigo Urgent Care Poulsbo is available. Would definitely recommend this medical provider.
