MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care, Puyallup Meridian

I took my husband in for a possible X-ray and an exam to make sure he did not have pneumonia, as he was coughing and hacking up flem. The PA who saw us did not seem interested in helping us get a solultion. He said an X-ray was not possible because machine would require standing up and my husband is in a wheelchair. My husbannd can stand and I know the machine had overhead bars he could hang onto to steady himself. The PA did not even listen to his lungs. We felt his bedside manner was dismissive and inadequate.

I wasted my time coming to this facility and being treated by people who seemed to not have any idea of what they are supposed to do. I was treated with disrespect attitude from the person at the front desk. Doesn’t this offer required a Registered Nurse to conduct assessments on patients? I believe a Registered Nurse would conduct a thorough assessment on patients than a Medical Assistant. The provider that treated me spent less than 5 minutes with me. I am unsatisfied with the treatment I received from the staff working at this facility.

The App made it easy to schedule a same-day appointment. The wait time was okay; they kept me informed about when the doctor would see me. They resolved my problem and sent me on my way to pick up my prescription. I always have a good experience whenever I use this office.

This clinic is staffed with medical professionals that TRULY CARE! From the front desk… to the exam room (The entire clinic was spotlessly clean I might add!)…..I was properly diagnosed… prescribed medication to help ease my symptoms from the dreaded Influenza A! Yikes!

words won't explain the issues that the ER has in handling people's personal problems. waiting around after every step of intake to release is ridiculous. 6 hours of my day waiting around for various doctors to poke and prod. Then having to wait 1 and half hour after tests to get the doctor to personally tell they found nothing to account for your symptoms. I could have read that through the mychart portal.

Had a terrible cough for days, wasn’t sleeping and was struggling to function during the day or at work. I asked for a specific medication because I know exactly how my body reacts to it and the fact it works. It’s not a medicine I get often and was told by the provider that she does not prescribe that nor does anyone at this urgent care. I was prescribed two medications that in fact did NOT work solving nothing. It’s disgusting that our medical system looks at certain medications as “drug seeking” when it’s actually seeking medication a patient has used in the past and not often as they can see through my file.

Staff was wonderful! Listened and cared. In and out less than 30 minutes. 10/10 great experience!

Great staff, felt heard and properly treated. I scheduled my appointment in the morning to arrive after work and was seen at my scheduled time.

Everything was great. The staff were patient,helpful and friendly even though I was kind of rough on them a couple of times in the beginning. I would come back here 100 times out of 100
