Since firing my last doctor from Concentra for being incompetent. I have a fresh outlook on my work related injury. And that has helped with my total outlook. Dr Adams and his staff have been nothing but professional and courteous.

I feel I was giving the run around. First off I Went there unable to walk in pain. Told them my story. Gave me a shot that was supposed to help within 3 to 4 days. Given a letter for my work that said "shows significant improvement" mind you this was my first visit there. How would they know. In fact injury had gotten worse from first injury date. Now it's four days later, so I call back . Oh now the shot supposed to take 2 Weeks to help. That is not what I was told before.

It is CRAZY RIDICULOUS how long wait time is!!!!! I show up HALF AN HOUR, AN HOUR EARLY and I'm waiting an HOUR TO 1.5 hour to see the doctor. Once, 2.5 hours from check in to leaving the office. I get home LATE from work, and I wake up EARLY to go to my appointments. I'm EXHAUSTED from lack of sleep. I'm ready to see someone else that can be on time at least some of the time.

Had an issue and seen these guys in 2018 and another issue recently in 2023.  As before, great family and treated me like family. Very concerned, considerate, professional, and involved with my every want and need.    Truly forever grateful and blessed for this staff being there. Love these guys.
