Went in after having a fever and cold/flu symptoms for five days. Fever medication stopped working on day four of the symptoms. I had to wait for around 15min after already having checked in online. Given that there was a single person before me I am not sure if this was fast. I was seen by a NP and got a covid and flu swab which came back negative. After describing my symptoms and repeatedly saying that fever medication is not working the NP suggested I take even higher amounts of the fever medication and proposed an anesthetic  injection for my sore throat. As of writing this review (day 6 since symptoms started) my symptoms have not improved and I still have the same fever as the past two days. No clear treatment plan was proposed by the provider other than being told that my fever can last up to 10 days before considering any changes from just taking fever medication. In summary I paid 280$ for a covid test and a flu test and to be told to take more of the medication that I explicitly stated is not working. I do not plan to visit this urgent care again and do not recommend it.

This office was not only professional but also intellectually brilliant and warm in their manner of care. I am an healthcare provider and have had many negative experiences in getting urgent or emergent care. But here I felt held and cared for with actual solutions that included a provider who believed me and my experience of my own body. A rare find, this place is doing it right.

This place is so welcoming and I love the Dr I see there. She is wonderful.

I still don't quite trust that non-MD staff like a PA really are thorough - do they miss things? I suspect my diagnosis of bronchitis likely viral was correct, but the next day when I was still quite dizzy, my coworker commented I might have an inner ear infection. Then I realized my provider never checked my ears or throat which always seems standard when you see your actual PCP who is an MD. I just worry they aren't fully trained and yet you pay more than if you saw your regular doctor because it's urgent care.

This was a very efficient Urgent Care facility.  Easy scheduling online, check-in was quick, staff were very pleasant, and the technician and doctor were wonderful.  I definitely recommend them.
