Was able to make an appointment within 30 minutes of calling.  We were greeted at the door when we arrived.  We’re in and out within 20 minutes.  All the staff were courteous and efficient.  It was an exceptional experience!  I would highly recommend you give them a try.

I went in because I had a cough for over a week that just didn’t want to leave. Scheduling was easy and convenient and offered plenty of flexibility for times to be seen. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend coming here!

I had a bad foot problem. Made an appointment on line (which was very easy), where there were many appointment times to choose from on the same day. I filled out all the forms on line before arriving, making check in quick and easy. Staff was very nice, and professional. The staff that drew blood sample was very gentle, I barely felt the needle both on insertion and removal. Glad they have an X-ray machine in the office so I did not have to go somewhere else and wait for results. Good experience, and would go again.

While everyone was very kind and attentive, I believe the person drawing my blood was not trained well. She poked me three times and was unsuccessful, and each time would WIGGLE the tip of the needle around in my skin. This is very painful and not the correct way to find a vein, you should retract and reinsert the needle carefully. The next day I had a horrific bruise on both arms. They were kind and welcoming, but if you need any blood draws I would recommend LabCorp instead, where they got a vein on the first stick.

Had an incident over the weekend and my shoulder felt worse after about 5 days. I went to urgent care to get checked, and they were quick and friendly, got me in immediately, explained everything they were doing and why. The provider did the exam, gave me a preliminary diagnosis and plan, let me know the radiologist would read the X-ray, called me shortly after my visit to let me know more was found, but the plan was still the appropriate route. I appreciate the thoroughness and communication.

I wish all medical care operated this way. Other local institutions should follow suit and put patients over profits and process.

Went in without an appointment and by the time our paperwork was done, we were on our way back to a room! The nurse and the doctor were both very friendly and not rushing us or themselves out the door. Listened to every concern and explained in a way one without a PhD could understand 😂🙌🏼 Highly recommend!!

My first time there and so impressed. Everyone was helpful, friendly and thorough. Will definitely recommend them!
