The staff including the front desk were friendly , professional and courteous. Nurses listened to me and gave me a great experience

I went in because of a cause of my tongue piercing needing to be removed. I ended up getting it removed the night before and just wanted to check to see if my sore throat had anything to do with it, when my doctor came in, we talked about my tongue a little bit, but she did not address my throat or check my throat out at all. I asked if I could get tested for a UTI because I’ve been having burning down there and she dismissed it and said that we’re gonna focus on the main concern, even though that concern had been taken care of and a very short amount of time, and I was the only person there I just felt as my care was rushed, and that my issues were not addressed. I’m now going to the other urgent care in Issaquah to get my UTI checked out

Came in with a hurt arm after falling on a trail run. I was dirty and sweaty and kept apologizing for being so gross. The entire staff was so friendly and didn’t seem bothered by any of that. They were all so kind and professional.

Easy to schedule on line appointment and paperwork can be handled on line.  I came in on crutches and the front desk person welcomed me with a smile and opened the door to greet me!  Very impressive and made me feel comfortable, not like a traditional clinic. The vibe in the office is friendly and comfortable with a professional and efficient staff. I wish I could go there for all of my medical needs. Highly recommend!

Everyone was professional, helpful, and cheerful Great experience until I went to pick up my prescriptions hours later. Nothing had been sent. In contacting this office it was quickly figured out that it was never sent down to the pharmacy for some reason. That was rectified and the prescription was then sent but it now meant 40 more minutes before the pharmacy could fill it. So had to spend a total of 95 minutes at the Pharmacy. Hope this is a one time SNAFU as I want to continue using this office.
