Wait not so long. The staff and the doctor are all nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

The care giver and entire staff provided very thorough professional evaluation of my symptoms and treatment. The Sammamish Indigo is very clean and convenient to the next door CVS pharmacy. Would definitely recommend this location!

I was at work when I suspected that I had a UTI. I was able to schedule online easily to come in right after work. I was early and didn’t have to wait at all. Staff was friendly and professional. They were able to verify that I had a UTI and send a prescription for antibiotics to the CVS next door for my convenience. Overall great service and care!

They got backed up just before I got there for my scheduled appointment. Not the staff’s problem and not complaining. I sat in my car and worked on work things and they called me when they had room for me. Great care and great staff. The provider was thorough and caring and really intuitive. Really appreciate the Sammamish location and I choose to go there instead of Issaquah because it’s wait times are horrendous.

Came in because I injured my finger. Everyone was very, very nice and I felt confident in the assessment given. Very professional and clean office. I was a walk in and the wait time was pretty quick. Really appreciate this clinic and the people who work there.

I We came to this urgent care as a walk-in with an appointment needed for my 5 month old baby, and I also had my toddler with me. We were scheduled for 11:00 a.m. and initially waited about 30 minutes, which was completely understandable. However, after 11:00, we waited another 50 minutes before we were finally taken back. A medical assistant checked the baby’s vitals, and then we waited approximately another 30 minutes before the nurse practitioner came in. After all that waiting, the actual visit with the nurse practitioner lasted only about five minutes and felt extremely rushed and unhelpful. What made the experience even more difficult was that I was there alone with a toddler and a 5 month old baby. There were not two seats available together in the waiting area, and the staff did not make any effort to help us find seating together or ask whether other patients could adjust their seating. As a result, I had to stand while caring for two very young children. I understand that urgent care centers can get busy and delays happen, but when an appointment time is given, waiting nearly 50 minutes past that time, followed by another long wait after vitals, is frustrating.... especially with an infant and a toddler...I would have appreciated better communication about the delays, a little more consideration for a parent with two small children, and a more thorough visit after such a long wait. Also, the calculation of how much time we had the appointment was incorrect. We had aat most 20 minutes of actual appointment. 10 minutes of medical nurse taking baby's vitals and 10 minutes of apnp discussion.

I had a very nice experience with the Indigo Urgent Care staff and healthcare professionals. Everyone was friendly, caring, and professional. The staff made me feel comfortable, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Thank you for the excellent care and service!
