Scheduling online was a breeze! The staff is so kind and caring. I’ve been here twice and both times were very pleasant (all things considered lol). I highly recommend this UC location!

Everyone was really kind and helpful, from the front desk to both medical assistants to the nurse practitioner. I really appreciated the care and attention.

Overall good experience. I did arrive 7 minutes late for my appointment and had to wait for a walk in opening. However the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly so it made the 1.5 hour wait manageable. Marie at the front desk went above and beyond to make me comfortable while waiting. I would recommend this clinic to family and friends.

I really needed kindness and care after days of not feeling well. I felt heard and helped. Much better than my previous visit. I felt like they took time and listened to my concerns. Also tangible recommendations with time sensitive guidelines.

I have been to this urgent care many times and this was the worst experience I have had. Despite repeatedly mentioning my concerns, I felt unheard by the PA and left without any resolution and having to seek care from someone else, while still worried about something being more wrong. It is one thing to still need a follow up appointment, but none of my concerns were assuaged or discussed- why I might be feeling that way, what could be happening, etc. I don't know if it was an off day for Zac, but it was really underwhelming. Outside of that, the medical assistants and front desk staff were nice, courteous and quick. The facility is clean. Would have preffered a better and more caring doctor, though!

The staff was excellent. Nurse Practitioner, Sarah. fantastic, assistant, Catherine, fantastic, and front desk Vickie fantastic. A very painless visit staff was very attentive, made me feel at ease, facility was very clean and comfortable. Overall, an excellent experience. AAA+ all around.

Marie was very welcoming and helpful with check in. Like a long lost cousin! Jocelyn crushed all the notes! My vitals have never been checked so well in my life. Katherine was super there to make sure I didn’t have any questions and expedited my post care experience like a BOSS! And Maddie Joy PA-C?… let’s just say I woke up with two arms instead of one thanks to her. Like an MD, but better! 10/10, 5 star native spice. Will come again. Nowhere else I’d rather navigate the horrors of the US healthcare system than with these fine people.

Same day appointment. 10:15am appt, roomed around 11:15 and finished a little after 12noon. My time is valuable too. Didn’t come away with a prescription, just advice and awaiting X-ray results. Things could’ve been a lot more efficient
