Everything was great except the doctor ignored a question I asked repeatedly (at least 4 times) while he was patching me up. Luckily the staffer he asked to do the additional steps was willing to go ask him after I confirmed my most important question was not addressed in the written care instructions either. It was not a difficult question at all and is a very common one: “ What’s the best way to address the pain from this injury?”

Inaccurate diagnosis. Was told sore throat was tonsilith, was actually virus that later moved into respiratory. Was even in a sense made to feel "gross" by having the tonsolith issue. Well, I'm in a medical office dealing with bodily issues -- which are unpleasant. The inaccurate diagnosis grinds my gears the most. Definitely was viral, not auto-immune reaction. Quality of care can be hit or miss as practitioners are moving into their career in this space. Due your due diligence and keep yourself acute.
