The check-in staff and nurses were top notch, so kind and welcoming. I felt that the young doctor I met did not have a great bedside manner. Seemed more flippant or cavalier in manner and ready to move on to the next patient. But, because this is urgent care, maybe that is more typical.

Following up because of cough and possible conjunctivitis from a cold because I will be traveling soon.  Everyone was great but I do think the provider way over prescribed.  Antibiotics and prednisone for a cold??? Plus other prescriptions, which were not all filled was bit much.

Everything was really fine except for how my blood pressure was taken. I have been told by my doctors that your feet need to be flat on the ground and the arm that the cuff is on should be propt on a side table or is physically held to chest level and relax it in their grip. Here, today, my feet were dangling, chair too high and the tech had my arm just hanging straight down, felt a bit wrong.

Went in two days in a row, was told I had to in order to get meds from new provider. Then it was the exact same provider as the first time and still didn’t give me any meds despite wheezing cough and breathing. Very patronizing and unhelpful.
