Despite no other patients being there, we still were not seen at our appointment time. Then, knowing we were there for an x-ray and knowing that their x-ray machine didn’t work, they proceeded with the appointment and then told us they couldn’t give us an x-ray. That meant we had to drive 25 minutes away (and back) to another Indigo that had a functioning x-ray machine. Had we known from the beginning that the x-ray was not working, we could have made a different care plan. Then, no one called us back with the result, so I had to call and ask. Would not recommend to others and will likely not go here again.

Just super professional comprehensive and convenient

Really the staff here is wonderful. Kind, helpful, and really did amazing at making the process easy and stress free. The facility was clean and very spacious. I was taken aback by how nice it was. Really those were the two things that made the experience for me. The front desk staff and the nurses. Once I got to the back things went fast and I was pleasantly in and out!

As noted, logistics were good. However, the nurse practitioner gave an inadequate treatment for the condition and I had to have another followup with a physician in a few days to remedy it.

I was the last minute walk in shortly before closing but they took care of me anyway. Everybody was wonderful from the girl that checked me in on the counter to the nurse who took all of my information to the doctor everybody was friendly courteous helpful kind thoughtful professional and knowledgeable. This was a really excellent experience and in addition to that the waiting room was lovely the chairs were comfortable they were tables to set your coffee down on if you were drinking coffee things weren't crammed too close together and they even offered beverages plus the entire premises that I saw were spotlessly clean. I loved this Clinic I'll go back to this Clinic before I'd even go to my regular doctor if possible just because it was so excellent. I highly recommend them

Woke up with a pain just below the end of my sternum with no idea what the pain was stemming from. Went online to search for an urgent care, which I have never done before. Found one just down the street and scheduled a time which was so easy to do and when I got there, I was so impressed how clean it was and the staff so welcoming, unlike my visits to some emergency places I have gone to in the past. I would definitely and wholeheartedly recommend this care venue to anyone looking for a family care location.
