I made a 9:15 am appointment, arrived at 9 and was ushered into an exam room, saw the provider within 5 minutes, and by 9:25 was headed to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions.

Front office and staff were great. Went in for a prescription for prednisone for poison ivy. Provider spent the visit concerned about L and I claims, workers comp, and bureaucratic red tape than with the actual affliction. In the end.. provider glanced quickly and wasnt even sure if it was or was not poison ivy. To quote, "it could be" Absolutely worthless visit. I'd recommended chat GPT before indigo urgent care.
