I'm kinda shocked actually - getting greeted by the front staff kayanna was so nice and helped me fill out the paperwork. Water, juice and coffee available while you wait. Dr Mo NP was a joy. I can't remember the last time I had that level of care. He listened to my breathing and my heart and checked my sinuses, etc. It was determined I had the flu - they did the test and the results were quick. I felt relieved knowing what was wrong with me and how to treat it. Great job Dr Mo NP and staff at urgent care WS.

Staff was excellent. My dad is hard of hearing and 93 years old. He was treated with kindness and respect. I will definitely go back if needed. He was seen quickly once we were in the exam room.

Everything was excellent! This is the best urgent care I have ever been to. I easily made an appointment and was in and out in less than 20 minutes, with my prescriptions already called in and test results ready. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the entire office was very clean. I will be recommending this urgent care to everyone I know. Thank you for the great care!

My son was diagnosed with strep throat at the clinic. Staff was friendly but the medication was dosed incorrectly. I called the pharmacist and the doctors office to confirm the dosage was correct. When he wasn’t responding to antibiotics I took him to the pediatrician they told me he was on too low a dose of medicine. As a result he missed more school and sports than he should have had he been dosed correctly. I was very upset by this experience.

Very convenient scheduling, friendly staff, but not very attentive. I specifically asked the nurse if the flu & Covid test they gave me was pcr or rapid. She said rapid. It was actually pcr. The NP was effective, but in such a hurry - told me to breathe in faster when listening to my lungs! Then they billed for a visit longer than 30 minutes, when I was there for maybe 15. Total over $600 (insurance covered a part). I’ll avoid in the future unless absolutely necessary.

Enjoyed my experience from scheduling my appointment to checkout! Easy process to make an appointment, very friendly staff, efficient use of time, provided me with a water bottle which was so nice! Would definitely go back again

Woke up with a swollen painful eye with a rash. Was unable to get into my eye doc or regular doc, booked appt within three hours, was able to walk to appt, staff super friendly, knowledgeable, in and out in fifteen minutes max and have a plan for the next few days of how to treat it and what to do next. Added bonus- everything is so neat and clean with a snack area and drinks, really nice seating area and clinical areas that have everything and more needed. I’ve been in healthcare for over 25 years and this place really does help you feel confident in your care. Would definitely use this urgent care again. Thank you!

I went in at 4:00pm as a walk in, was able to go home until they could see me, was called to come back at 7:00pm, and was in and out in about 10 minutes.  Great experience with no waiting.  Very nice nurses and doctor.  I highly recommend this facility.
