The whole team was fantastic from the friendly, efficient scheduling on the phone all the way through to the knowledgeable, friendly nurse who put my child at ease, the kind X-ray tech, and finally the doctor who was kind and patient with my child and also answered all of my questions warmly and throughly. The whole experience was easy and great. The tea station is a nice touch too! MultiCare all the way for Urgent Care for my family!

the nurse felt very rushed and the doctor talked down to me after i gave my symptoms to him. really didn't feel welcome or heard in any way and i will not be returning to this office.

All the staff are incredible, and Scheduling is so easy. They also got me in towards the end of the day when there were no available spaces left. The provider showed minimal interest in doing a proper assessment, but every provider I’ve had before today has been wonderful.

Walk-in appt first time. Fill out intake form with text to link and get it 100% but eye straining for sight impaired… not sure what to ask for in future, maybe they have iPad? Front desk staff great, as was staff saw in exam room. Dr open to questions and listening. All in all, would definitely use this location again. Suggestion - locking cabinet for personal items if have to leave room for x-ray etc.
