Had a bad cold or flu, made an appointment same morning. Punctual, helpful, no issues. Highly recommend

Scheduling was easy and was there early to check in but still had to wait. My visit was pretty quick. My appointment was at 3PM. I got there at 2:45 and I left at 4. Time spent with the provider was probably less than 10 minutes.

Easy in and out, gave me the treatment and answered my questions no fuss no muss. Personable friendly staff put me at ease.

Everything about my visit was pretty smooth until I was nearly walked in on by a male staff member while performing my self swabs. Prior to performing my self swabs a staff member drew my blood and told me the last thing would be me leaving to pay after I finished my swabs. While I was half undressed performing my swabs a male staff member knocked and started opening the door so I had to quickly drop my swab and pull up my pants. He proceeded to ask if he could come in while already coming in. I asked if he needed me as I was clearly busy doing stuff. Idk if the communication from staff was off or what but that was extremely triggering personally and very uncomfortable professionally.

Had a dog bite and didn't know where to go for care. A friend told me about this place and was open until 8pm so that was a plus. Walked in with no appointment so I figured probably would have to wait a long time. But only waited ten minutes for them to see me. Cleaned the wounds out and taped it up. Give me a Tetanus shot and prescription for antibiotics and cream for the wound. Was very happy with the service they gave me. I would recommend them to my friends.

Friendly staff member was able to schedule me by looking around at all locations so I could be seen most quickly with an appointment. I was able to come in the next morning. No wait time and the friendly MA and MD helped me find the solution to my problem, prescribed the medication I would  need, and told me they would follow up to see how I was doing in 3 days. The whole experience went really well.

I needed a blood draw and Jess helped me so much! She listened to my concerns and had an understanding that I was pleasantly surprised! Thanks Jess!

X-ray machine broken. Still charged copay. Sent to another one. Waited an hour and they couldn't see us.
