MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care, Shoreline

Really great care staff and doctor  .Did not wait long. Clean office. scheduling on the computer was simple no problems with the parking lot.. I would return to this medical office if I needed to I am from out of town and it was very convenient for me

I became sicker as I was traveling back home from out of state. I was able to make an appointment on line. I checked in online. When I arrived, my wait time was minimal. Staff were friendly, greeted me. I was involved in decision making about my care. I received prompt treatment and prescriptions were sent electronically expeditiously.

Kyle and his staff there make it easy to take care of life’s smaller health issues. Appointment times are plentiful online, and walk-in waits are comparatively short. The Shoreline Indigo is an asset for situations where you can’t wait days for your PCP, but don’t need the all-day ED affair. Very professional and thorough, and extremely kind to small children. I work for the competition and still bring myself and my family to this location.

I’ve always liked indigo they are great with all my children. My problem lies at the Shoreline location. My fiancé brought my daughter in for an appointment we scheduled for her knee. Because he was not added to a certain section they were trying to refuse my daughter care. If you chose to change your policies, why is  there not some form of notification that changes have been made ? Before verifying with the provider, the front desk start member tried to refuse my fiancé and daughter which is unacceptable. Very disappointing considering how much I praise these offices.

Wonderful clinic with expert provider and excellent medical assistant  also receptionist was very nice and friendly Love to refer friends and family in need medical care

please don't depend so much on that auto/BP machine. Cuff too small. too tight. always taps out on me and takes readings in death zone.

The team did a great job and helped me.  they followed up the next morning with more information.  I will go back when I need to.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Everything went like clockwork! My doctor Rebecca was very thorough and answered all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I’d definitely recommend your clinic to my friends and family. Thanks for making my experience a positive one!

The location listed on the website is inaccurate, and we had to walk around for several minutes while carrying our sick baby to find the clinic. The clinic is located right next to the UPS Store.
