I made a last minute appointment for the next day. I went in and was greeted with smiles. They staff were so polite and very timely friendly. I was not waiting for the doctors for really any time at all. Great experience

I really appreciate Dr. Skrei and his bedside manner. I was in and out so fast too.

I showed up for my first appointment and was told I needed to pay up front for my coinsurance (I hadn’t reached my deductible yet, so it was a few hundred dollars). I didn’t have my hsa card and asked to be billed so I could pay with that, but they refused and said I couldn’t be seen without paying up front. That was incredibly frustrating, and was off putting for a so-called nonprofit. I cancelled my appointment, drove 30 minutes home to get the card, scheduled another appointment for the same thing, showed up, paid with the card, and was seen. Care provided was average, but got the job done, was a fairly quick appointment. The ma was great, the provider kind of poked and prodded without really telling me what he was doing. He said he would send a script to the pharmacy, and when I called an hour later they said they hadn’t received it and would call the office to see what was going on. The day went by, they still hadn’t received the script. Now it’s the next day, still no script and heading into the weekend, so I will be working through this without medication. It was a nasal steroid, so I think I’ll be fine, potentially finding an over the counter option, but recovery will certainly take longer. Don’t think I will be returning. I literally got the same treatment provided at this appointment, but faster and cheaper, from ChatGPT, which is quite saddening to me on a personal level. I’ve worked in healthcare for 15 years and have a deep understanding of how this process should have gone, and this failed on multiple fronts. I really wanted to believe that my trial of the indigo clinic would be great, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I genuinely hope that others have a better experience than I did, because if my condition were different, it could become extremely problematic. For those of us in the healthcare industry, we, at the very least, need to be better than ChatGPT- otherwise, our future as healthcare workers seems pretty bleak.

Scheduling was easy and I appreciate that even though it was after hours, the system still let me schedule for today. Some systems tell you to try when clinic is open.  Staff at Indigo Multicare have always been exemplary. Great customer service! I appreciate being treated like I matter. Thank you!

I felt cared for by the staff. The PA said 1 of the girls would fit a wrist/hand brace on me. She first brought in a child size brace-it was funny trying to decide what to do with that lil thing. She found the correct size. I feel she should have more training b on how to appropriately fit/adjust these to the patient. She was very kind though. I think my old brace has better support.

A professional staff good sense of humor. You can tell the enjoy their job and and the facility is clean definitely will recommend.

I went in for an ear issue and Sharese was amazing! She was kind, patient and very attentive. I can’t say enough nice things about her. She made my visit quick and painless.

I so appreciate the accessibility of the Indigo Urgent Care. It’s easy to make an appointment online, and I’ve always had good nurses and practitioners that have listened to my issue, and helped me resolve it in the best way possible. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.
