Great service and awesome staff i really appreciate your care

The staff was amazing. I have two autistic kids, and they really went above and beyond to make sure they were not only comfortable with their treatment but also as happy as they could be, and to try to make a stressful moment fun.

Staff and provider was clear about expected wait time. We were greeted at the door upon checkin. The staff was so pleasant and the provider and MA was thorough with listening to parent concerns and was able to diagnose and treat my son. The quality of care given at our visit was phenomenal despite them behind behind, which was made aware at check in and we left to a near by store and returned and they saw him quickly efficiently and offered high quality care. I will always chose this location because the providers and staff provide amazing care. Thank you for taking care of my boy I appreciate you all. I would absolutely recommend this provider her care team and this specific clinic.

Second time at this facility. I walked out of the building stunned by the consistent care, kindness and general congeniality of literally everyone with whom I interacted. An unbelievably good experience.

Urgent Care descriptor is false advertising.  Those with urgent needs are “worked into” the schedule only after people who have scheduled appointments.  I was 1st patient to walk in the door at 8 am and told to come back at 11:30.  Following directions I was told at 11:30 that they were way behind and couldn’t catch up until 5 pm at the earliest.  Arriving on time, I again waited for almost an hour to be seen.  The staff who then treated me were professional and well-qualified but I have some questions about this approach to patient care: Why are patients able to make appointments over the phone before the day they are treated—isn’t that what your PCP is for? Why are walk-ins not triaged by an MA before they are sent away and asked to return later when there “might be an opening”? Are there enough staff at the Clinic I went to ? Have the systems been organized to provide care in the most timely and efficient manner? Unless these concerns are addressed, I would not recommend the Clinic to friends and family

Have an ear infection, came into the center around 11 am and there was a long wait so I made an appointment to come back later to be seen. Arrived at the clinic early and waited until my appointment time. At my appointment time I then waited about 30 minutes to be taken to a room then waited another 30-45 minutes to see Barbra tritt because the clinic was behind. The physician then recommended an ear drop antibiotic. When I explained that I have sensory issues with liquid in my ear and asked if there was an alternative option the physician then snapped at me and said "do you want to get better or not" finally was able to get an oral antibiotic that I wasn't able to pick up my medicine until next day. I will not be returning and would not recommend to others
