Very caring staff from the front desk to medical staff, efficient and ARNP Ben thoroughly checked health symptoms present. I’ve tried other urgent cares nearby, you all have the best quality care from start to finish! I highly recommend this urgent care.

Had a virtual appointment early in the morning and was directed to drop a sample at the urgent care building before picking up my meds from the local pharmacy. As I was checking in the front desk gal asked if I had been told that my insurance was not accepted there? I was a little confused as it was authorized before my virtual appointment that morning. I told her that I was pretty sure it was approved as I only paid a 19.00 co pay before meeting with the Dr. She didn't say anything in response and just continued to check me in. An internet search confirmed that my insurance is accepted by Multi Care but I certainly would have been a little upset if that hadn't been disclosed to me until after my appointment and at the time I was needing to leave a sample and pick up meds. Overall the staff was very friendly and professional.

My appointment went very well.  Easy check-in. Pleasant staff.  More done than I expected. Cost was high for a co pay.i would recommend this provided rr

I took my mom to get an x-ray of her knee and her elbow. We entered with my mom in a wheelchair chair. During check in I was asked if my mom was primarily a wheel chair user and said yes. We were then told her insurance was not part of their network and we could pay out of pocket or go the the main MultiCare in Spokane. I asked the cost and was told $200.00 would cover the doctors eval and the imaging.  We decided to pay the $200 because of the difficulty my mom has getting in and out of the car. We spent about 5 minutes with the assistant who gathered the history and health info. Then a 20min wait to see the primary attendant, who when he first came in asked if my mom could stand to get the x-ray. When we said no, he excused himself to see what other options might be available. When he returned he sat down and asked us the history again & spent a few minutes palpating and then said they could not do the imaging but they could send our info to the downtown MultiCare where it could be done. When I asked about the $200 dollars for the x-ray we were told that we would have to pay again if the insurance was not accepted at the downtown MultiCare (they were not sure).  The people were polite and friendly but not very knowledgeable about what they could offer or about if MultiCare would accept the insurance. It was frustrating to get the full information only after paying for the service. Ultimately we paid $200.00 for a 5 min information gathering and a 15 minute visit with the primary care person who basically only told us what we already knew.  We won’t be returning.

I have had some for the past few days elbow pain so i came in today to get it, looked at. It wasn't advised that the appointments were running behind the clinic. Location, it was very warm . The air conditioning wasn't working. I was told the computer system was down. I ended up waiting over an hour And I had to leave because my wife needed me back at home. This is the first time I've had this experience with this clinic Normally they are on time with everything and running normally I will be back to have my elbow Looked at

Had a 10:30 appt. Sat in room for over 30 minutes. The motion lights went off twice. When doc came in he pushed COVID test. I know my body and have a chest cold.

The staff were very helpful but your wait time was not… I came in the morning and was told they didn’t have any openings till 10:45 so I took that time slot and came back later.  Unfortunately making an appointment doesn’t guarantee an on time visit.  I understand emergencies but still not fun waiting when you’re not feeling good

Jason’s comment that “heart disease occurs naturally” during my visit (and while I was in pain from a dog bite) was flippant and unhelpful.  Jason was uninterested and dismissive of the steps I’m taking to lower my blood pressure or in asking questions about why it’s risen (i.e. my chronic back pain from two vehicle accidents).  Jason’s inability or refusal to ask questions about my health was lazy and demonstrated his limitations as a provider.  His argument that high blood pressure equals heart disease (as opposed to being a risk factor for heart disease) was condescending and logically flawed. I had no interest in discussing this further with him, as it was clear he had no interest in hearing about my daily at‑home readings that were 40 points lower.  Scare tactics like these undermine trust and damage his credibility.  Jason could benefit from coaching on bedside manner and a basic overview of logical fallacies so patients don’t feel insulted when they draw this provider.

Everyone was very kind and we got in and out fast. I like how you can schedule ahead.
