Everything but the nurse practitioner who saw me was fantastic. Wait time was astonishing low and all other staff super courteous and empathetic. Main one though seemed uncaring and more in a hurry to get rid of me. He had his mind made up when he walked in the room and dismissed all my concerns with out any consideration. I hope hes right though and nothing else is wrong. I feel like I wasted my time and money though

Was sick, got better and then quickly got sick again so I made an appointment. I got seen same day and everyone was very friendly. Tests were quick and I was in and out quickly with the answers I needed. I typically try to avoid going to the doctor, but sometimes you need some extra help and it’s visits like this that make it not so bad. I hardly had to wait, everyone was super nice and courteous, I didn’t feel ignored or like party of a flow chart and the answers were immediate. Not sure how you can make a doctor visit any better. Thank you for being there and doing things right.

I was happy with the quickness of getting back to be seen, and the attentiveness of the nurse who helped me initially. She was great. I was quite disappointed in the small amount of time the provider (PA) was actually with me. It felt like he was very rushed and not as attentive to my concerns as I would have hoped. It wasn’t very busy in the urgent care but it still felt like he was rushing me out and I would be shocked if he was actually with me for 5 full minutes. I’m not sure I would come here again and am disappointed with my care for the copay I paid.

Scheduling was easy. The staff at the counter for check in were very friendly. Our nurse was very personable and was very thorough. Our ARNP was also very personable and thorough. My care was excellent.

I had to go in because I had hit my toe on the door and wasn’t sure if I broke it or not and everyone was so nice and very accommodating and I would definitely recommend people go in there and I will definitely be back if I need too.

I injured my foot and needed to be evaluated. The scheduling was fast and easy. There was little to no wait time. The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend!
