MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care, Frederickson

I went in at noon and scheduled my appointment for 3:45pm. When I got there, they told me that they were backed up for an hour.. I waited a very long time and then when I went to the room, I waited 25 minutes to be seen. The lady in the front desk was very nice. The staff was also nice… the wait time was just annoying.

Able to book appt easily. Emergencies happen and it set behind schedule but staff notified me and I was able to wait at home until they needed me to come in which is above and beyond and I really appreciate that! I also want to acknowledge Laura, ARNP, for her amazing care she has provided, she is quick, knowledgeable, and personable! I have full trust in her and have seen her several times now! She is an amazing provider!! Would highly recommend this urgent care! All of the staff are absolutely wonderful!

My experience with Gina Olsen was exactly what it should’ve been, she was very professional. She even predicted my diagnosis before the blood-work was done. Melissa, my intake nurse was very professional and great at phlebotomy she took my blood right the first time and I barely felt any pain. I woke up the next day and my results were in. I must say my experience at urgent care indigo in Frederickson was an absolute smooth experience. Went in with a problem and was correctly diagnosed and referred to the doctor for further evaluation and treatment. Highly recommended for patients in need of help. Also the receptionist was very accommodating as well. All around a good place to be seen.

The staff here is so kind and helpful. Very quick and attentive.

We had to do a walk-in with our kiddo 1 hour before they closed. Even though they had booked appointments all the way up to close they were still able to fit us in! Super grateful. They were professionals in every way!

We were told to pay 225.00 because of a deductible not being met . Glad I called my insurance they verified no deductible needed under my plan just &20 copay. I ONLY get this from multi care when I book with them they always TRY to charge me higher than what I’m suppose to pay smh . In this time of struggle we need multi care system to be updated and stop overcharging people before we even check in .

Scheduling was fine my was changed do to the recent cold/flu outbreak just alot of people at one time and more coming in to be seen.to many without appointments

Had a dog attack me in the afternoon. Through out the day my hand become more and more swollen and the puncture brim the bite continued bleeding. I walked in around 6 PM and they did X-rays, nothing was broke and I got to see the X-ray, have me a tet shot they sent a script to pharmacy and I was done by 7PM, everyone was so nice and helpful. The front desk gal went as far as taking care of 2 little girls in the lobby while their mom was being seen by the provider. What a priceless memory for those girls and for me💕

I needed to quickly check out my toe after an injury and was able to get in the same day, got x-rays, and I was out the door with knowledge about my injury. I was so happy I chose Multicare Indigo! I highly recommend this place!

Made an appointment online then sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes after checking in. Then got back to a room and sat was in there for an hour or more and was seen by a doctor for maybe 60 seconds of that hour.
