I went in to get checked after a car accident and they were so kind and helpful. The nurse was a great help regarding insurance and the doctor was very thorough. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going there for any medical issues! Even the check in lady was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience after a not so great experience. Thank you all!!

I felt cared for. Front desk receptionist was friendly a d very helpful. My nurse was so sweet and very friendly. My practitioner was knowledgeable of my condition. She recommended me to see a dermatologist. Waiting for that appointment referral is taking long time. That's why I couldn't wait so I came to see yall. I kinda knew what it was but was in denial, I needed to get Dr diagnosis. I would definitely recommend you and nurse and practitioner.

I’d been in so much pain for several days and was so nervous to even go to the doctor, but my experience overall was great. As a walk-in with a consult and a UA, I was in and out within an hour with a RX sent to my pharmacy. The staff were great and I loved that they were able to lift my spirits when I felt so miserable. Highly recommend this provider.

By the time I got to the urgent care I thought my head was going to explode. The medicine they gave me made me feel much better within hours. The entire process was a breeze and the staff was great

When I arrived I was told that I had to check in on my phone. When you are older and feeling sick having to navigate the process was very difficult .... especially when you can see the clerk just sitting there doing nothing. She never asked if I needed any help which would have been nice. It took me longer to fill out the forms than it did to see the provider.

The two guys that were in there yesterday were more interested in talking to one of the staff members from the back, and whenever I had sat there and yelled something because I was literally sitting there itching in pain the one of the staff members the little girl that was up there, he hauling it with chitchatting it up with the guys said well I guess I’ll get her back and one of the gentlemen started laughing so no I was not pleased with the visit yesterday. The only people that were decent up there was the doctor and the lady that did that was in my room that did my blood pressure and stuff.

We absolutely love this place. They have the best Dr's and nurses. Always friendly. Always willing to help and listen.

Wait time was less than 20 minutes. Dr. Baldwin actually sat down, listened to me and my symptoms, took her time and came up with a plan of action. I have never in my life had a doctor show such great bedside manner. I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable at all. I highly recommend.
