Walked in on a Sunday evening and sat down and waited 5 mins. I have used other Urgent Care  offices and this is  one of the cleanest and most personable facility. Dr.Turner was quick in suggesting meds and treatment for my problem. I was out within 20 mins.  I now know I can fully depend on this particular Urgent Care facility for need. I don’t understand why it s called Urgent Care if not opened 24/7 bc I refuse to go to ER hospital, unless life threatening. Boerne needs a facility other than the ER for non life threatening issues and understand cost involved but if you work the hospital shifts, this is the same difference but just less patients. I do recommend the place  if need but just check hours and hope not needed after 8:00 pm! We don’t know why illness hits during the night but it would be so comforting snd better to come here and not to the ER for treatment.

Woke up with a clogged ear and set up an appointment online with no problems. Got in immediately when I arrived and staff was friendly and professional.
