Very friendly and professional staff! I came as a  walk-in and the check in process took only about 5 minutes. They were able to quickly diagnose and prescribe for my ear infection :-)

Everything was great . One thing that could be improved is staff greeting and guidance on what to do when you walk in instead looking in the computer pretending like I’m invisible. Yes there’s a note to scan QR code and sign in but it would be nice to say something when people walk in other than that I was very happy with my visit .

Everything was great!!! The nurse practitioner was fabulous. The only suggestion is that you need to get all of your staff registered with public aid.  Unfortunately the prescriptions cost 100.00.  This is the 2 nd provider that was not registered!! Again facility and Dr were fabulous!!!

Everything about the visit was wonderful, from the front desk staff to the physician that we saw. Dr. Harvey has the best bedside manner and is skilled in making you feel comfortable during your visit. He did an exceptional job and I would certainly recommend him again to anyone else needing a provider. He went above and beyond and provided helpful education at an age-appropriate level. One of the best doctors I have ever seen.

Everything from check out, check in, staff and the care was so efficient and easy and the staff, amazing as always and the doctor who treated me today was absolutely what every doctor and health faculty and hospitals should strive for and this office should train them. I didn't even feel much pain with this doctor, amazing! I would recommend going here for any medical reason because here you will get the help you need with the compassion everyone deserves, thank you again!!!

The Physician Assistant provided good care overall, but I believe a few important aspects were overlooked. Notably, she did not administer a flu test, despite the symptoms strongly suggesting it as a possibility. This omission seemed unusual given the clinical presentation. Instead, the PA chose to refer us directly to the Emergency Room, where the ER team promptly conducted a flu test and confirmed an influenza diagnosis. This combined with lack of through investigation of the patients history is concerning.
