Newport Urgent Care

The receptionist was extremely warm andhelpful. I only had to wait a few minutes.

Everyone was friendly and it put me at ease. It’s my first time there, but I will certainly go back again when I have too! The doctor was great and his assistant. I didn’t need to reschedule, and the check in was easy everything is online. The staff were very nice and caring.

The lady taking care of me was there by herself and did an exceptional job.

Doctor was easy going and great and professional answer all my questions and he explained everything about my injury

Had to come in for an employer physical and drug test.  Staff was very nice and check in process was quick and easy.

Front office staff was friendly and helpful, MA was, eh.. not the most welcoming. He asked me questions, and then a student doctor came in and asked me the same questions, then the doctor came in after and asked me the SAME questions it didn’t seem very efficient. No one was able to give me any possibilities as to what may be wrong, they just referred me elsewhere.

Dr. Very efficient. Recognized my issue. Sent Rx to nearby pharmacy. Next day issue seems to be mending. Good provider.

My visit went well. Just a couple things to note. After I checked in, I sat and waited for my name to be called. after about 30 minutes the desk attendant told me that she had texted me some paperwork that she had wanted me to fill out quite a while ago, and I still had not filled it out. Well, I was literally sitting 5 feet away from her. And I had my phone on mute because when you’re in a doctor’s office, you have to turn your phone off as we all know. It would’ve been super easy if she had just said OK, I’m texting you some paperwork to fill out now and then I would’ve done it and then I probably would not have had to wait. Just thought that was kind of odd. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.  I saw a nurse, a doctors assistant, and the doctor. No one looked in my ears, throat or nose, even though I complained of Covid like or flu like symptoms. They did listen to my chest/lungs and they said they sounded clear. They sent me home with antibiotics.

Made an appointment for my dad online to have his ears cleaned. Arrived in time. Made to wait 45 min before being seen. Total of 3 people came and went in the 2 hours my dad was there! I asked the receptionists why it was taking so long and her reply was ‘it was my lunch break’! Why take appointments if no one is there to see patients!! Never going back… most unprofessional experience and a waste of time as they didn’t help my dad at all!

For a health care center it filthy.  Bathroom waiting room and exam room had dust all over floors dirty
