Easy to book the apt. The doctor was great. He was very thorough and friendly. Prescribed my meds and we were done the call in less than 5 min.  I was on hold for 45 min before I got a call from the office about not seeing me on their end. They asked questions I had already filled out in the pre-appointment forms and the girl on the other line was pretty short. Other then that, it was a great experience and I would recommend.

Have been suffering with a lower Lombard pain for a few days. My dr was not available and I needed some relief so I could be a little mobile. The dr at Newport Urgent Care was very concerned and helpful. He also insisted I follow up with my primary care too

Felt awful for a couple of days. Headache, coughing, chest congestion, runny nose, sore throat and everything in between. I came to the realization I couldn’t beat this on my own. Making the appt online was easy, there were plenty of same day appointments and I was impressed by the technology used to determine my blood pressure. The NP I spoke with with friendly and through. She prescribed exactly what I needed. I got better and glad to be alive to write this review.

Amazing staff!  Everyone made the visit easy and quick

Waited over an hour. Visit was 3-4 minutes and not thorough. Was told a cough medication would be called in to my pharmacy and it never was.

Waiting on the lin3 for 30 mins and never talked to the dr.

Great doctor and staff. Easy scheduling and no wait when my appointment came up.
