Just needed the latter saying u was clear for workers comp. Sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes, had to get up to ask the staff what I’m waiting for. They said sorry they forgot about me, then I waited an additional 15 minutes in the waiting room. Then the dr took an additional 20 when I was in the room. In total it took me 1hr 30 minutes to get a paper printed which should’ve taken 30 minutes max
