Nurses and check in staff were great. Doctor was rude.

My Daughter had a swollen foot the visit was fast and the doctor made sure what to give her and the nurse was sweet and nice

The provider I saw was very kind professional and made sure I was taken care of. The staff was kind too, I would recommend this place to my family and friends! Will be making this our go to place for when we need a urgent care appointment!

One of the two receptionist was so rude. I literally had no words.  Waited an hour and 1/2 to see a Dr although I did have an appointment.  After an hour waiting I got up and asked if they had any idea how long it would be and she ripped in to me , I was shocked. I will never be back nor will my family

I was in deep pain and no one offered to help me to the door or open it for me even though I couldn’t walk. I waited 1hr to be seen and attended.

Was easy to make appointment. Staff was friendly and clinic was clean. Took my vitals right away but waited in room for over 30 minutes for doctor. Doctor was very good and prescription seems to have worked. I would recommend this urgent care.

This is by far the worse visit I have ever had at Nextcare. Not only with Nextcare but the entirely of all my visits this one sinks to the all time low. To start scheduling was easy and when I arrived the front staff was friendly and then the girl called me and did vitals that was fine. I went in for a bug bite and to get a yearly STI checkup. As soon as I pee'd in the cup I went to the waiting room. This is where it goes downhill. I waited over an hour plus to get a rude condescending specialist who was out as fast as he came in he did not genuinely appear to be interested in any sort of patient relationship he was arrogant and defensive when I asked him to prescribe me a cream for my bite be refused. Then I decided well might as well at least get my blood drawn since I'm there....well the first girl that did my vitals she comes back I let her know how disappointed I am with the service and that I will proceed with the blood work and she has NO CONFIDENCE in how to draw the blood why would I proceed with someone with NO CONFIDENCE it's a big waste of my time and money there and she tried to get someone else to do it but ultimately they referred me out to get my blood work done. I then spoke to the front and let them know how TERRIBLE the service i received today was and the specialist Spohn came out came out defensive and argumentative because I asked to speak to a manager
