Everything was very good, the only issue that needs a little work is, personel was a little unreceptive at the front desk.

It went well. Got seen right away. And M.A did good with her job.

Called for an appointment and the lady at the front desk advised they had a couple of walk in openings and explained it was first come first serve. I decided to take my chances and was very pleased with service and the time it took to be seen. It was my lucky day. I will definitely go back and if I have to wait the next time the kindness and understanding they show will be worth the wait. Thank Next Care staff.

Waste of my time went in for hydration and expected me to give them an urine sample

Had been feeling really bad for a couple of days and couldnt get in to see my doctor. I heard about NextCare and was able to be seen.  Everything was so easy to do from scheduling to checking in. The staff was nice and the care was great.

Had an itchy, blocked ear.  I made an an appt in advance and was able to get in the next day.  Very easy check-in online.  Minimal wait time.  I did have to wait for the doctor, bit my ear was not an emergency and zi understood other people had priority.  Doctor took care of my ear, and sent in a prescription.  Feeling much better!

I was a walk in. The front desk told me they were no longer accepting walk-ins.  So I showed her my situation and she was kind enough to squeeze me in. No one does that anymore! She was courteous, concerned & thoughtful. My regret was not getting her name. I can’t thank her enough.  Yes, with great pleasure, I would recommend this provider!

Staff members are friendly, very courteous, and professional.

They said they would call me with lab updates on Monday. They called from a private number, it rang once, and they didnt leave a voicemail. The phone number doesn't work. Their customer service line doesn't work. The only way to follow up with results from my existing visits is to schedule (abd pay for!) another visit .

My daughter has had a migraine for a month Lynn was very rude and had an attitude from the time walked in the room the appointment was at 3:00 and we were seen until 4:00 she didn’t do anything didn’t prescribe any medication for my daughter and she had the nerve to tell me that I’m not trying hard to get my daughter help my daughter with her migraines and I have tried two different times to get my daughter help and I told the doctor that my daughter has a new pcp and her appointment isn’t until mid April and she said that’s her problem I don’t recommend this place
