The doctor was not friendly at all and not very helpful. Horrible bedside manner by the practitioner, everyone else was friendly and helpful.

Listen. Everyone is just trying to do a job, but the front receptionist wasn’t especially courteous and I was standing in front of her desk like an idiot while she sat there before she greeted me. But the lady who came in after me she welcomed as soon as she walked in the door and asked how she could help. Also the physician wasn’t particularly warm and didn’t even really examine me. I had to hold, push and pull all my body parts. I mean why put on a mask and gloves if you’re not going to take a look yourself?!

I was suppose to get a paper with my results for my job and they said I didn’t have any papers at the end of the visit, so I had to come back and get my results. I would just make sure patients are given their required paperwork, especially for employment.

My allergies had gotten so bad that I could barely function. The staff was so caring and attentive. I was able to get the shot I needed and felt better almost immediately. I am so grateful for the care I received.

Her bedside manner was poor—she was quiet, disengaged, didn’t really ask questions, and after quickly checking me, she left the room without explaining anything. Later, she simply peeked in didn't even come into the room and she said my referral was up front. I left without any real answers, treatment, or guidance for my breathing symptoms. A doctor is supposed to come back into the room and speak with you on what they think could be the issue and talk with you about possible options, she never came back in to talk with me. This experience left me feeling frustrated, unseen and unheard. I went to presbyterian urgent care today, and I am now being sent to the ER immediately for a possible blood clot. I gave him the same information I gave her yesterday. I don't think I wanna use next care ever again. After yesterday I WILL NOT ever recommend Nextcare Urgent Care. I don't want anyone to ever feel this type of way, it's a horrible feeling. To see a different urging care of the next day and be told to go immediately to the ER. Had I trusted her negligence? Disgusting. If you don't have a passion for people, this is not the right career for you Lady.

The doctor was rude and impatient. I waited over an hour which I can understand but she came in with an attitude and made me feel bad for even coming.

The staff at this location were incredible! We were in and out (toddler earache) in no time. Grateful for the wonderful care!

They were quick and efficient.There was no waiting for my appointment And resolved my issue effectively.Recommend!

Had been sick with an ongoing cough and sore throat. I was able to get in very quickly with ease! Which is great when not feeling well. Though, I felt the physician assistant rushed through my visit. I wanted to ask more questions but I just let her be. That’s why of my low rating for bedside manner—which is very important to have

The provider was very unfriendly and didn't explain anything to me. I feel like I wasted $140. So worthless!! I would not recommend this provider.
