My prescription for antibiotics has not been called in yet and a prescription for steroid cream has not been called

Front desk girls were very rude upon walking in. PA seemed like he didn’t test my daughter for an ear infection when we told him she was there for sore throat and possible ear infection just seemed rushed and wanted us out of there. Went back to another UC and sure enough my daughter has a double ear infection. Will never come back to this office again.

First my doctor seemed almost like it was a waste of time seeing me, since my first provider there was some level of confusion on what prescription I needed and why I needed further tests. I didn’t not like his attitude and complete turned me off from ever going to nexus ever again

Scheduling was pretty easy, I don’t understand why you make an appointment when walk ins get called back ahead of you. The price for self pay is absolutely insane. The provider was very friendly & helpful.

The provider walked into the room immediately got annoyed because I wasn’t wearing a mask when I wasn’t even sure I had a respiratory problem, I don’t feel that she took me or my symptoms seriously, prescribed medications but not all matched my symptoms. I did not have a good feeling after that visit so I went to the ER the following evening and was diagnosed with pneumomediastinum not acid reflux and congestion.

Vitals signs were taken incorrectly. Getting swabbed for strep, she didn’t even swab the back of my throat and tonsils. I went to my primary at a different facility and tested positive for strep there. The physician was nice but she also seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. I left there with no answers, a waste of my time.

I was in Extreme pain all night long with little to no sleep. I called the 377th AFB Hospital and was advised I couldn’t be seen and to call Urgent Care. I had Excellent Service the few times I was previously seen by NextCare Urgent Care. I called at 0715 hours and was routed to set up an appt via on-line. I did. When I arrived for my appt. The lady was very friendly with Excellent, with Outstanding Customer Service. The room was clean & sterile. The Doctor and her assistant were kind, caring and gentle! I really needed that! They wrapped both my wrists and hands. By the time I left the facility, I already received a phone text that my prescription was ready for pick-up at the pharmacy. This NextCare Urgent Care is AWESOME! I’d recommend it to everyone.

I scheduled an appointment and still had to wait over 30 minutes to get in in about 15 minutes to get seen once I was in a room. There was no one else in the waiting room and at times the front desk was unmanned.
