The staff was excellent. I highly suggest this facility

Bedside manner was not great and overall was a complete waste of time. Doctor did not provide me with much to help my symptoms and rushed me out of the office. They also did not seem to care about my concerns for my health. This caused me to have to go to a different urgent care the next day to actually get quality care. Overall very disappointing and felt like my visit was a waste of time.

Woke up with a sore throat  and just not feeling well. Got on the website and with in a couple of minutes I had scheduled an appointment. Arrived and was greeted very welcoming from Linda. Got called in, the nurse was very kind and prepared me for Marissa to examined me. Marissa was very kind and made sure I understood exactly what was going on with me and prescribed my meds. She was very thorough and I am so grateful for this  clinic. Thank you Ladies

My visit and care was great! Great staff, great doctor and wish he was my regular physician, everything’s was smooth, efficient and listened and got the best care. Definitely will be my number one place to go to for my care. Highly recommend this doctor and the online scheduling was super easy

I woke up feeling sick, so I scheduled an appointment on line .   Easy ….    Marissa was awesome!!!  Super knowledgeable and very caring .  She is not in a hurry to see us, the patient.

I frequently suffer from double ear pain associated w my allergies. The staff gets me checked in quick. Dr takes care of me and I’m able to go to work.  Thank you so very much !!

My daughter has been suffering with a migraine and NextCare is the closest urgent care to us. I’m not a fan of AI scheduling, but went through the steps. The triage room looks like something out of a third world country, complete with blue tape holding the maroon chair together. The PA or nurse practitioner was nice and we left with the promise that meds were getting called in. When I called the pharmacy this afternoon they had not received the prescription. I had to leave a message for someone to call me back at NextCare. When I received the call I was promised that it would get called in. Nope, I had to call them again and by that time it was too late to make it to the pharmacy before it closed. They dropped the ball and had zero concern that my daughter was still miserable with the migraine. I would never recommend going to this location for anything.

I took my mom because she got a dog bite from her chipoo.The staff was amazing at helping her through the whole process from the front desk to the medical staff.

I was able to book an appointment the same day, the staff took their time. Olivia and Marissa were great, I will be requesting them my next visit.
