Wish I could remember the name of the physician but she was great! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and took her time. Other staff was all very friendly and helpful also. First time at this location and if need urgent care in future will definitely go there again.

Major Fail.!. The only positive thing I can say about NextCare Urgent Care is that they were fast. Unfortunately, everything after that was an incomplete waste of my time and money. I went to an urgent care expecting them to be able to evaluate and treat my injury. I paid $168, in addition to whatever they billed my insurance, and essentially walked away with a brace. The biggest issue was the X-ray situation. I was initially under the impression they had X-ray capabilities, but then was told they didn’t have a technician available, so I had to go to another facility for the X-ray. That facility told me the images/results would be sent to the doctor that same day. Now NextCare is telling me they may not receive the X-ray until Tuesday or Thursday of NEXT WEEK multiple days later. What is the point of going to an URGENT care for an injury if they can’t perform the imaging, can’t promptly obtain the results from the facility they send you to, and can’t complete the treatment you came there for? Because of their inability to provide timely, straightforward care, I now have to go to another medical facility and essentially start over to get the treatment I should have received in the first place. Fast service means very little when the visit doesn’t actually resolve anything. $168 plus an insurance claim for a brace, confusion, delays, and another medical visit. Extremely disappointing experience.

I stabbed my knuckle with a cactus needle and came in with a swollen infected knuckle and they prescribed antibiotics right away and took care of me right away. I was in and out in less than an hour

I was so thankful for the staff and doctor yesterday, they were are very polite and attentive!

I had to go in Urgent care because I couldn’t get through to my PCP office I had a sinus infection with sneezing runny nose watery eyes n head ache, staff was very nice n professional

Paid $95 for DOT. CT PAC require a packet filled out by my Dr. 3 years ago had same paperwork at cost of $450. Found out Next Care did not. keep those files. Lost $95 had to get Dot from a another provider 3 days later. Save your money, dont book DOT exams here.

Wasn't feeling well and happened to be driving by they had an opening almost immediately. Care was quality and the doctor really listened to my concerns

It seemed like they were low on staff…as if a few employees called in sick or something.  The wait was ridiculously long.
