NextCare Urgent Care, Apache Junction

I am sight impaired and my friends were concerned about a sore I had on my right leg that I had from walking into some bicycle pedals. So they put me down in their truck and brought me to Urrgent Care.  It was indeed infected.  The lady at the front desk helped me with the online paperwork.  I was called right in.  I was pleased it was the same medical professional I had seen before over the YEARS!!! She remembered me too and immediately knew what was going on and had antibiotics sent to Walgreens and went over what to do and told me what would happen if I did not follow instructions.  I had a seeing eye friend with me that was accepted and allowed to help me too since I left my service dog at home.  All around a good experience.

I had booked online an 8am appointment, and was seen promptly. The staff was friendly and the facility clean. Gloria Reid provided the medical care, and she was knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend Next Care.

I did an appointment I got there 20 min before the appointment. They didn’t call me until 1 hour and 20 min later… just to do a physical.. the front desk lady is so rude… she have an attitude…..

Excellent  care but had to wait one hour + Provider was very thorough and professional.

The appointment was easy to schedule online. The staff was very friendly. Check in was fast and easy. The care I received was top notch.

My husband fell in the bathtub and smashed his left side/back on the rim of the tub.  The Nurse that treated him did a great job diagnosing a fractured rib. She explained the treatment plan and what to do if certain symptoms arose.  We (and the nurse) were disappointed that the X-ray tech on duty was not qualified to X-ray the ribs.

I went in because my blood pressure extremely high and I was very lightheaded.  This place did nothing but check my temperature and listen to my heart.  No tests of any kind were preformed.  And now they want paid!!  I ended up in the ER the next day and I had a bladder and kidney infection.  Thanks for nothing next-care! I will never go back. And my insurance company says go to an urgent care not the ER.  Haha why!

I was having an allergic reaction and when my lips started swelling, I decided to go to  NextCare. They got all my insurance information quickly and I was seen right away. They got me fixed up and I was out of there within an hour. I really appreciate how they took care of me.

Horrible customer service  no MD’s on staff The person who we were seen by had no personality no caring did not want to help and did not care what I had to say as a parent of a child who knew what was wrong and basically told us to leave

Went in with breathing issues, was diagnosed within a half hour.   Prescriptions called in.  Got home and into bed within an hour.  The staff was very good.
