Amazing staff and provider. This is my go to place.

Very easy to make online appointment and complete medical info prior to coming to Next Care. Check-in was easy and greeted right away! The staff was so helpful and kind! Wait time was fast as I was in pain from my injury they sure helped me to get diagnosis and results of X-rays promptly so we could get back home.

Could not get in to see my doctor so I went to urgent care. The weight was horrible people that arrived after I did that did not have an appointment either. Got in before I did I was in that urgent care for at least 22 and a 1/2 hours, it was horrible and it wasn't until I spoke up and said, what's going on did these people have appointments? And I was told no, and i asked , did those people have an appointment and was told no. So I commented, why are these people going in?Before me?I've been here for a long time , then all of a sudden I was taken in to the back. I thought that was pretty bad.Customer service, it was very rude.I was in so much pain.I fell asleep a couple of times on the chair. I have always gone to this one.Urgent careI have never been treated that way.There was a young man at the front customer service.The greeter, the one you sign in with.I've never seen him there before.I think he's in the wrong job. The provider was awesome, but I don't think that she was thorough. Because when they do a urine test, it's just a dip test. She didn't tell me that they would do a culture or anything else. All she did was recommend that I go to to the emergency room. They couldn't have told me that to begin with when I got there and I was in so much pain, and they saw that they couldn't have said, well, you know, we prefer that you go to the emergency room, I had to wait there for almost 2 and 1/2, 3 hours.? The provider was nice and friendly but I don't feel that she went.The full ten miles with me because, she could have done a culture which takes 3 to 5 days.I understand that she could have told me what to stay away from what to do to ease my pain.Instead of just point blank saying, well, we don't know what's wrong.We don't see any bacteria in your urine.You need to go to the emergency room.Why am I coming to see you if I have to go to the emergency room? I guess it should have been better for me to go to the emergency room instead of coming to you. Because already I had to wait over 2 hours to be seen. I was not impressed.This is the first time that I have been treated this way. The one thing that I did notice was that the young man in the front was Hispanic, almost everyone that was, there was Hispanic patients that had come in. And I felt like because I'm southern European, I look white. I felt like I was singled out for some reason, even his greeting was rather cold so I don't know what was going on. But I will make it a point never to come back there again.. The answer to the question on the bottom is no I would not. She's a nurse practioner , She's not really a provider.Why you call her that, I don't know.

Considering we had no appointment. The wait time was not that long. The place was pleasant and staff was very friendly and they were making sure they answered the questions and did what was requested w/o asking or judging my child.

The staff is so kind and supportive, they listened to both myself and my child and answered all of our questions.

Didn't have a bad cough, it's a slight little cough. Nothing to write home about, had body aches or pains had a headache, felt feverish, but my temperature was normal could have been internal. My blood pressure was elevated, My rib cage was hurting when I breathed in. did x-rays didn't really see anything? The other doctor I had a telemetry with told me that I needed to get a prescription for an anti fungal infection. This doctor told me, I had an upper respiratory infection so I don't know who was right who was wrong. But that Benzonatate, I am not taking the side effects are horrendous. I will not I refuse. I don't have a cough so I don't need a cough medicine I don't need an allergy medicine. I need an anti fungal medicine.

I developed a strange rash all over and it itches. It was really easy to book my appointment and the check in was quick. The MA that took my vitals was very nice. The provider was nice too but I felt like I was rushed out of their. Rather than explaining my condition she printed out something for me to read and sent a prescription to my pharmacy without discussing it with me first or if I have ver taken that medicine. I told her that medicine she prescribed gives me anxiety so she said not to take it if I didn't want to. At least she was able to diagnose me though.

Went in for an infected cut. The tech cleaned it and was friendly as was the rest of the staff.  We felt that the “provider” wasn’t the best. I think she was an NP and not a doctor. We had to ask questions to get answers vs. her letting us know the best way to take care of it. She didn’t explain much to us. We will not be coming back to this location even though it is closest to us.

Went in for sports physical for my son. I was able to get an appointment as a walk in and was out within 90 minutes. The staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. I will definitely recommend.

Everything went great needed a work physical. Clean not long waiting times. Walked in and no hassles.
