I am really not sure why they have scheduled appointments. Scheduled an appointment for my mom and two people that had walked in had their appointment before our scheduled appointment. We were the last one seen, so it  made no difference that I made an appointment. If you walk in, you still get in the line with the scheduled appointments not after scheduled appointments. The receptionist was indifferent about it and didn’t really care. This is really close to my mom‘s assisted-living, but I don’t think I would come again because their walk-in appointments are all bunched together and it doesn’t matter if you made an appointment or not. We ended up waiting there for about 2 1/2 hours,  The people that had walked in were gone long before us. The doctor was great and took her time, even though it was way after closing.

Came in with cut below eye, had to wait an hour to get back. Had to continue to wait another half hour to, in total, get less than 10 minutes with the provider. Was forgotten while waiting for tetanus shot and had to wait another 30 min

Decided I needed to see a PA before the weekend. Scheduled on line, got in within 2 hours .  Did all paperwork ahead of time at home.  Greeted with a very friendly receptionist.  PA and assistant all very kind and attentive. Love how they have all your instructions typed out for you versus using another Portal having to log in and out and reading results or notes.  Plus ordering meds so convenient and quick. Definitely would recommend Nexcare.
