The couple times I’ve been in, the staff has always been very friendly and very efficient they acknowledge you and your concerns, and the office has always been clean.

Waited over an hour for the PA to spend less than 5 mins in the room with me. Only looked at my ears and throat and heard me breathe. Overall didn’t feel my issues were addressed or helped.

Had a plethora of issues and they got to the root cause in like minutes! The wait was a bit long but so worth it for the quick and professional visit! It really was a great experience. The staff was so knowledgable with the insurance and financing information, it was just great!

I made an appointment for a CDL medical exam.  I was called 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment.  I was there almost 3 hours.  They were very busy and I understand that.  I should’ve been given an opportunity to either come back or reschedule. I could’ve went to a truckstop and had it done in 20 minutes.   I would not recommend going there for a routine medical procedure or exam examination.  Only if it’s a last resort because of the wait.

Had a second UTI in 4 weeks. Previous nurse practitioner barely even talk to me. This nurse practitioner. Was concerned about having a second UTI. Spent plenty of time with me. Whenever different medicines and why maybe some of them were not effective anymore.

Booking the appointment was easy. I got there and waited almost an hour after my appointment though to be seen with only one other person in the waiting room. So I assume they’re short staffed? They were nice in triage. I met 2 of the SIRS criteria and no one seemed to bat an eye or refer me to the ED to get a sepsis workup. The actual provider examined me for maybe 2 minutes, ordered a broad spectrum antibiotic, and sent me on my way. As a healthcare practitioner myself, it’s just obvious they’re understaffed, overworked, and this could lead to very poor patient outcomes.

Everything went fine except having to fill out paperwork twice

Great service and care. Everything went smoothly until the wait for the radiologist to look over the X-ray. That took quite awhile. This is my second time here & I will be back.

Had X-rays taking was told I’d receive a call later that day of results which I never received called the next morning and was told they would have my results in an hour and call me with results  Again no call on results

Everything went exceedingly well. Great place! Wait time was great!
