I arrived at 9:30 as a walk in, I was brought back in to the room at 11:20 and wasn’t attended to until 11:50-12:00 until I came out and said I had to go. The PA brought in my paperwork before even checking me out. If it wasn’t because I told him what else I was feeling that he was going to send me off without hearing my concern. I did not feel as I was actually checked out. A waste of my time and money.

Started having pain in my testicle and wanted to have an examination and an sti test to see if it was serious and if I needed immediate medical attention. They took a urine sample. The attended nurse came into the room telling me no blood in urine and to drink lots of water. Before I could ask questions he left the room. A few minutes later he entered with my discharge paperwork. I needed someone to examine me, not just look at my pee. I started telling him I thought something was wrong and couldn't get an errection after having blood in my semen and wanted him to check it out. He immediately told me "see your primary care physician" repeatedly until I said I wanted him to check it out. From across the room he said "OK let's see then" so I pulled my pants down and from across the room he looked. That was my exam. Most of our conversations were me speaking loudly through the open exam room door so he could hear me as he kept leaving the room. I just wanted someone to look and being a male it seems odd that he wasn't more empathetic. If someone told me they had these issues I'd be like bro that sucks, what can we do to make it better? This was far from the case as he shewed me out. I'm still in pain and have no idea who to talk to or see at this point, besides going to an ER. Yes this is embarrassing publicity talk about, however, people need to know.

The whole process was excellent from the front desk to the individual that was taking care of my appointment need. Thank you so much for being so friendly and professional!!

The only ones that were friendly were the triage nurses. The ones who took the weight, BP etc. The front receptionist was not welcoming and dry and the doctor we saw was rude and very short. Didn’t feel like I could ask questions not welcoming, not sure If I would go back to that urgent care.

I went as a walk in because I wanted my ear checked.  I thought I had the rubber tip of my hearing aid in it. I had lost it and my ear felt weird but I couldn’t be sure. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. The dr working (Dan) was great. He found my hearing aid tip in my ear and removed it easily. I told him he made my weekend.  I had been so stressed and felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I felt so silly about having the hearing aid tip in my ear but Dan assured me it happened a lot.  I would recommend this provider. You’re not just a number here.

I did schedule my appointment the morning of and was there 1520 minutes earlier than my appointment time. However, I did have to wait almost 45 minutes longer before I was seen. They’re very nice staff very thorough doctor that I did see Dr. Jadeh. I didn’t notice just. To be a little bit more cleanly in the reception. There was a lot of dust and dirt everywhere. It could also be because of the area we live in, but I was very happy to have found them and they were very accommodating.
