I had an appointment but called to see if I could come in earlier. The girls I spoke with was very nice and said I could come in as a walk in. It worked out great and I saw the PA soon after I arrived. Everyone was very friendly and will definitely be back.

Suspected that I had a UTI and scheduled an appointment easily on-line. Arrived early for my appointment and didn't have to wait very long. A medical assistant took me to get a urine test and then another assistant took my vitals and my history. Both were very caring and professional. The PA who saw me was very thorough and helpful. I am feeling so much better today.

Was worried since I’m immunocompromised and constantly deal with respiratory issues. The staff (doctors, nurses, and front desk) took my concerns with full seriousness and worked with me to create a treatment plan that worked for me and helped put my mind at ease. Scheduling was 1,000x easier and more efficient at this location and was much more flexible with time. I’d recommend this urgent care over any of the surrounding ones, especially if you get sick often and are constantly unheard and talked over, here they listen, care, and provide.

This was one of the nicest offices I have ever been to.  Receptionist, nurse and PA were all so thoughtful and caring.  Wait time was 5 minutes. Amazing!

There was a very long wait time, looks like there were only one doctor with many patients. After check in it took more than hour to get inside. Otherwise stuff was kind and friendly.

I had a a 1:20 PM  appointment finally got taken back at around 2 o’clock. The physician assistant came in kind of checked my symptoms didn’t really look detailed in doing it. They said they were very busy so I get why it wasn’t very thorough.

I was able to walk in and quickly get seen for an allergic reaction I was having. The rash was all over and unbearable. The nurse and doctor were very caring and quick to respond with a treatment plan.  I was set and on my way out the door in about 35 minutes.  The prescriptions were immediately called in to my pharmacy and I was able to pick them up that afternoon.  So grateful for this urgent care!

kind of just felt like they didn’t know what they were doing and it took a very long time

I booked an appointment online. Wait time seemed a little long considering there was only one other person who walked in ahead of me. However, everyone was nice, and I was still out the door within 45-50 mins. So glad to be seen quickly. I didn’t want to suffer through my next airline flight with a raging sinus infection!

Was easy to schedule appointment. Got there 15 minutes before my appointment and it was 20minutes after my appointment to get back.  I understand tho as it was an urgent care facility.  Still have no idea what’s wrong with me.  When i voiced my concern over amoxicillin my concerns were not taken into consideration and they still prescribed it.
