my pcp re ordered x rays and offered pain management and at home care instructions. provider here sent me home with no pain management, advise for at home care, or offered any other possible diagnosis only that my x rays came back clear. recommended ibuprofen and did not adress anything further. waited for 1.5 hours, was with provider no longer than 25 minutes

The wait was way too long had to sit in the waiting room for an hour and 20 minutes before getting seen when there was only 1 person ahead of me and then had to wait at least 25 minutes to have the lady come in there and see me only to stay 3 minutes and leave and had to wait another 15 to get are release papers

Calling to schedule an appointment was fine, no different than a regular doctor's office. The care received was great. The only thing I have an issue with, is making an appointment for a specific time and then not getting seen at the scheduled time and being told several people are ahead of you. What's the point in having the option to schedule an appointment if the office won't keep it?

No call bad.  Conveniently the computers were down but I left my number with the receptionist.  Nurse was rude as hell and didn’t want to hear nor apologies for the lack of a return call.  The day before was the reaction not during the present call.  How about let’s try something else not go to the emergency room.  I’m not having the reaction the next day.  What a crock of a staff.  Thanks for nothing.

Wait time was atrocious and will do my very best to not return.  Staff was fabulous except counter gal was kinda sour.  Waited in lobby for 25 minutes past appt, waited in examine room 15 minutes.  Uncalled for
