My daughter was at home at a different urgent care and was completely dismissed. Two days later I get a call that she’s having additional symptoms and needs to be seen. She was able to get an appointment the same day at NextCare. Although she did have over an hour wait after her appointment time, the provider was amazing! She took time to listen to the symptoms, changed the antibiotic antibiotics my daughter was put on to better treat her, and diagnosed her with two additional issues that were ignored by the previous urgent care. I would definitely recommend this facility andthe NP we saw.

Long wait, rushed care, not lot of attention to detail

My daughter and I need to be seen for pink eye. The scheduled us in, had us seen and on our way within the hour. Was a real good experience. Very respectful, employee's were professional and did the best to assist in any need needed. Doctor was magnificent. I will return for a fact.

my appt was at 5:55 pm. I sat there an hour before being put in an examining room where I sat another half hour before a nurse practitioner..waited another 15 minutes before a nurse cleaned my ears. at no time was I informed they were an hour and a half behind schedule. I did not feel appreciated or my time respected.

The care was okay…wait not too long…restroom not clean…they had to switch a switch outside the restroom before I could flush the stool or wash my hands!

Scheduling online was very easy. Text alerts were great. Wait time was 2 hours from arrival to departure.  They were doing the best they could with only one physician to see everyone but when you’re sick you don’t want to sit in urgent care for hours.  NP was personable and listened to my concerns. Overall it was a good experience.

I like being able to schedule a same day appointment when I need to be seen. The online scheduling is super easy.

I went in for a cyst that needed to be drained. I waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes before they took me back but was waiting in the room for well over an hour. Once they came in they looked at my cyst and only wanted to give me antibiotics. I asked if we could drain it and the doctor reluctantly agreed. Once we started the procedure the dr did not numb me well enough and I felt the incision, which the dr proceeded to do 4 different times bc they didn’t go deep enough. I ended up leaving with the cyst still there, undrained and with multiple incisions on it. Left in pain and with my issue unresolved.

Took my son in for some sores on his hand. Got there at 3:40 and didn’t get seen until 5 pm. The NP was unsure what they were. Waste of time and $40.

I am not going to rate this a bad experience because mistakes happen. What I will say is we were def misdiagnosed with very little effort to help us find answers. All they did was take my husbands blood pressure/temp and ask a few questions and decide it was dehydration. He came in with high blood pressure, dizziness and vomiting, off balance. I asked for his ears to be looked at and that is the only extra test they did. Come to find out It was vertigo. Nothing changed from what he was experiencing when we went to a doctor and he was diagnosed right away. We wasted days trying to drink more water just to throw it up and wasted 350 bucks. Again I worked in medical and I understand these things happen but there was no real effort to find out what was wrong. A simple eye test would have shown it with the classic symptoms.
