Walked in at 11:10. About 4 people ahead of me. Saw dr about 1:20. The physicians assistant was so badly dressed I wasn’t sure at first what she was there for. Wasn’t sure if I should trust her judgement.  They definitely need more help.  If I had felt really bad being there for 2 hours would have been hard.

I called back with concerns of not getting better. Was told everything was normal and to continue with the original care plan. I went to my PCP. Was told the dosage and duration was incorrect for my ailment. I was given a new prescription and referral to a specialist as my disease had progressed.

Had a terrible cough for a few days and wasn’t feeling. Wheezing some too. Had a Covid test and no Covid. They did an X-ray and Dr. told me I had double pneumonia. Wanted me to go to ER. I did. They gave me a breathing treatment & prednisone solution in my vein.which really helped. Did X-ray and it showed I had bronchitis so diagnosis at Urgent Care was wrong and had me all worried. I would not recommend Urgent Care on Nifong. Going back to Boone clinic at Parkade next time.

There’s no point in having an appointment because you’re still going to have to wait 2+ hours before a doctor sees you, and the doctors aren’t the nicest. You spend most of your time waiting. Just go to a different urgent care altogether.

I made an appt for 3:40pm, arrived early, all paperwork completed early. Placed in a room around 4pm and was not seen until 6pm. Inquired a few times about the delay and why let me make an appointment if I'm going to be the last to be seen and staff said you'll just have to wait till your turn, I again asked why let me make an appt if it's irrelevant and they shrugged and turned away. When NP did come in, did not introduce herself at all. Came in asked why I needed the physical and then directed me to sit on table. I did not choose this clinic, it was chosen and paid by my company. I would never recommend utilizing this clinic.

I woke up with rashes all over and came to nextCare to be seen and it dint take to lone to get seen I really liked how the doctor and the nurse took good care of my needs and new exactly what need to be done I sure would recommend nextCare to all my family and friends it’s the best place to get the care you need

Clean and easy to schedule, the doctor was great but not the rest of the employees

My daughter was at home at a different urgent care and was completely dismissed. Two days later I get a call that she’s having additional symptoms and needs to be seen. She was able to get an appointment the same day at NextCare. Although she did have over an hour wait after her appointment time, the provider was amazing! She took time to listen to the symptoms, changed the antibiotic antibiotics my daughter was put on to better treat her, and diagnosed her with two additional issues that were ignored by the previous urgent care. I would definitely recommend this facility andthe NP we saw.

Long wait, rushed care, not lot of attention to detail

My daughter and I need to be seen for pink eye. The scheduled us in, had us seen and on our way within the hour. Was a real good experience. Very respectful, employee's were professional and did the best to assist in any need needed. Doctor was magnificent. I will return for a fact.
