Got an appt when it was convenient for me and wait time was not long. The only issue was that the nurse practioner forgot to write and send my prescription to the pharmacy but it was easily resolved after I called the clinic and spoke with her. All in all it was painless.

Scheduling was easy and fast. Wait time to be checked in was also very fast, and time it took for test results and practitioner to come in was under 30 min.

Returned due to the rash/itching not going away from the last visit. When she came in I was immediately told nothing could be done for me and I’d have to “suck it up” due to not enough time passing since I’d taken the first round of Prednisone. Okay, I get that.  However, my expectation is that when I pay for a service I receive something. She continued to explain to me (as though I was in the 3rd grade) that our verbal exchange was a service. I even get that. However, it’s hard for me to believe that Prednisone is the only medication on the planet that could give me some relief. I get it…these places are “medical mills” that run mainly on volume. If you need anything that requires more than a remedial level of problem solving skills or critical thinking skills you need to go see a real doctor.

I went for a recheck for an ear infection. Everything went smoothly.

I was at this urgent care for 3 hours, despite having booked an appointment. I understand understaffing issues, however waiting for this long when I was feeling very sick honestly made me feel worse. The front desk people didn't seem to be very apologetic or aware that this was an extremely long wait time. The nurse practitioner and doctor were very kind to me.

Severe itching due to a rash of some sort. In and out quickly with NO appointment!

Only two of the staff members I interacted with were friendly. The provider was rude and I could hear her talking badly about me outside of my room.

I waited for 50 minutes beyond my appointment time for a TB placement that took a total of 30 seconds. I had the availability to wait, but it was less than ideal. However, the man working the front desk was very pleasant and helpful!

Waiting after scheduled appointment was an hour and 40 minutes, practitioner was not good with bedside manner, did nothing , did not listen, and referred me to the ER room.
