I appreciate the NP not putting me back on antibiotics for asthmatic bronchitis, yet prescribed prednisone.

The wait time has always been a issue. The hospital is faster. Losing another of patience on this reason alone.

Charged $500 just to get told to go home and rest.. $325 just to walk through the door? That’s insane.. as someone who doesn’t have insurance that is a huge hit.. especially with no treatment or anything. Just told to go buy drugstore medicine and rest. I understand the tests charges but $325 just to walk in and be seen is outrageous especially for 45 min appointment. I’ll never be back here.. staff was friendly but the practitioner on duty just didn’t seem to care.

Entire visit was excellent, professional and supportive staff, including the NP whom assessed my acute respiratory situation. Would not hesitate to return if warranted, when traveling back and forth to Az. Thankyou

Extremely long wait because staff had locked themselves out of the lab room and were waiting for a locksmith. They asked us three times why we hadn’t made an appointment in Sedona instead. We were running errands in Cottonwood and so booked it there. Do we really need a good reason? We asked them why they didn’t call us when they knew they wouldn’t be able to help us with the appointment we made, well ahead of time. .

I had a great experience with Eric Bellfort, PA-C, at this location. After having a previous visit with Angie Coil, FNP, at the same office, I decided to return because I was still experiencing significant ear pain. Eric took his time to examine me, listen to my concerns, and explain what was going on. He identified that I had an ear infection and explained my treatment clearly. I’ve only been on the medication for two days, and I’m already feeling much better. The office staff was also friendly and helpful. They helped me enroll in their program, and I only paid $160 for the visit. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Eric Bellfort, PA-C. If you’re making an appointment at this location, I recommend calling ahead and asking who the provider will be that day. In my experience, knowing who you’ll be seeing can help you avoid unnecessary time, expense, and, most importantly, additional pain from having to return for further evaluation.

While traveling on vacation needed healthcare services. Making the appointment was easy & quick. Staff was friendly. I was notified that provider was running behind prior to my appointment. This was greatly appreciated. Provider was very professional, friendly & took the time to address my concerns. In & out in a timely manner. I myself am a healthcare professional so I did appreciate the quality services provided at my visit.
