The ARNP spent less than 5 minutes with me and just wrote a referral to go to the ER…oh she did listen to my lungs.

I made the appointment for 2:15 p.m., I had a sore throat and I arrived at 2:05 p.m. I did not have to wait very long the waiting area was empty and I was almost immediately taken into a room by a nurse. Unfortunately, I arrived with a sore throat and I left with a sore throat and I received nothing for that sore throat. I still have a sore throat a worsening sore throat and I still don't have anything to help me deal with it even though it's going on one week since I have started began with the sore throat. Tomorrow, I'm going to see another doctor and see if I can get the kind of treatment I need for my sore throat before it turns into something more serious. I was told that my sore throat was more likely just a problem with my air conditioning and there was no reason to prescribe any medication for me to help me deal with the sore throat. I find that unacceptable and I'm not happy that I'm still suffering with the sore throat and I've had no relief whatsoever for it. Hopefully, I will find out from the doctor tomorrow exactly what we can do to help with my sore throat that I have. Overall, I'm fairly unhappy and disappointed with the experience I had I wasted my time and my money and did not receive any treatment for my sore throat that is not acceptable and I'm unlikely to use urgent Care again unless I absolutely have no other choice.

The NP wasnt at all interested in what I had to say or didnt do anything for moly breathing problems .. the receptionist and the MA were very nice!

My wife had a terrible migraine headache and the staff recognized that she was suffering in the waiting room. They brought her back to a dark room where she could wait for the doctor in comfort. They care more about their patients than the ER at the hospital.

Went there because they advertise help with lower back pain. I have a lower back fracture. The doctor came in and said right off that she didn't know why I bothered to come for that, she couldn't help me. So what did I want to do. I said may I please have a prescription for 800 dose of ibuprofen and she gave me 600 and I left. I thought she was very rude my whole visit with her, like I was wasting her time. I was in really bad pain. I went there because I did not want to wait at hospital emergency room. Next time I guess hospital is worth the wait. Ner got to that urgent care ever again and I will tell other people to not go !!!!

I found it fairly easy to do what they had me do even though it was ALL on my phone. Others may have trouble in this area.

Had a sore throat and was able to easily book an appointment that morning. The staff was friendly and professional. The PA and doctor were very caring and attentive to my needs for care.

Just needed a diagnosis and what is the next step regarding my medical issue? And ... is this chronic? Dangerous? Within seconds had my answer and discredited the wrong guesses from the internet and all my hypochondriac friends. Was pleased with the professional, educated and experienced prognosis and resolution and was grateful for Dr. Terah and Urgent Care! Now that I know I am not going to croak from this ... 5 momths to semi-retirement. Onward!

My first time using Nexcare.  I was very impressed by their professionalism.  Terah was the P.A. on call.  She was knowledgeable and caring and she listened well.  I would definitely recommend this clinic and provider.
